The only difficulties Ive ever had with Dr. Cutlers staff was dealing with my insurance. I was on my husbands insurance, as well as, having my own coverage and I had changed jobs, so it was a bit confusing for them to figure out just what I was actually covered for. This time, same thing again, insurance coverage. Not insured by husbands anymore, so I thought Im getting to the meat of this annoying issue and make sure that I am covered by my own insurance and what I am eligible for. I called BC/BS and found out "everything" and relayed that back to Dr. Cutlers staff and now...(phew!) we are on the same page. Yay! As far as anything else goes, Ive always loved going there. Theyre service is prompt, staff is friendly always ready to get issues solved, and Ive never ever had to wait for any length of time. They are a great team. Cant wait for my next appointment!

My whole family goes here. (and when I say whole, I mean parents, in laws, siblings, children, husband the whole clan.) Our two year old seems to have inherited Dads bad, really bad vision. We usually see Dr. Cutler (who is always friendly and extremely knowledgable.) With our son we saw Dr. Milunas, (the new doctor in the previous review). She was just as nice and informative my son seen her twice over the summer to make sure he needed the right script and she was just as nice both times. This past week I went to her myself. Same friendliness and had answers to questions and explained to me some stuff that I had no Idea about. I did need new glasses, they do have a quiet a selection of name brand kinda pricey frames (gotta love Kate Spade!) but with insurance its not bad at all. We will never go anywhere else and I am extremely comfortable with both doctors!

I was quoted a different exam price on the phone they make you buy a membership to get the price they quoted and 300.00 for a "contact exam" ? I was hesitant to pay this much for an eye exam but hopefull to find someone that could make contacts work for me. They are not specialists, its the same exam you get at Costco for $79.00...The Dr took one look at my prescription and told me contacts were not for me but then gave me a free trial pair and charged me 300.00 for a "contact" exam while writing me a prescription for glasses. This place is a complete rip off, they will try and sell you everything in the store and its way over priced. save your money!!

I have been going to Cutler Eye Care for a number of years now. Reception is typically friendly. Dr. Cutler has provided very good care, and he is helpful with questions. The office is helpful with insurance, and their fitting people have all been easy to work with. The only complaint has just come up recently. I ordered replacement contacts, and the office kept dropping the ball on getting the order taken care of. I had my appointment in January, but didnt get my contacts until May!!! Luckily, I was not in a rush, since I was still using my then current contacts. If I experience something like this again, my rating will change dramatically...

Ive recently started working with Dr. Cutler and his staff. He has identified a problem with my eyes that needs treatment and has recommended a series of treatments that fit with some difficult time restraints Ive had. I was very impressed with his staff who work with fitting glasses and his assistants. I really appreciate his expertise and his caring treatment.

Getting an appointment is easy unlike other places where you can wait months. The depth of the eye exam is very important to me and at Dr. Cutlers office you not only get an in-depth exam but one that includes the latest technology and insights. I have gone to Dr.Cutler for over 10 years and have never been disappointed in service and medical approach.

When I first walked in the staff greeted me and smiled. I could tell that they all worked very well together and that staff really enjoyed what they were doing. During my exam I could tell Dr. Cutler was really trying to know me as a person, not another one of his patients. 10/10 would schedule again. :-)

Dr. Cutler and his staff are great. Most of my family goes to him. They have always made sure that I was happy and taken care of. Just wish he was in Florida where I live now so I could continue to go to him.
