I will start by saying that I have used Rosen in Naperville on Ogden and in Downers Grove before and had no issues. I went to the south Naperville location on 59 in Dec 2010 for an eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Owens seemed nice enough but it felt like the office staff was trying to get as much money from me as possible. After receiving my glasses it was clear they were not the right prescription. I called and the staff brought me back for some more measurements and another exam. The new glasses came in and I still couldnt see as well as I could with my old glasses. After weeks of going back and forth with the office staff (who were rude), they ended up refunding my money for the glasses. The problem is that they wouldnt refund my money for eye exam. I cant get a new pair of glasses somewhere else because I dont have an accurate prescription and Ive already used my eye exam benefit through my insurance. Dont waste your time or money here.

What a great experience. I had put off getting new glasses so long I could barely see and it was effecting my daily life. I was getting ready for several weeks of travel and had to get something quick. My insurance had them as a featured provider and they were around the corner so I figured I would give it a shot. I was treated like I was a long time customer and were able to get me into the office that same day. OK I hung up the phone and I drove right over since they had an opening. Everything was great and I was able to fast track a pair of glasses using my old frames which were perfect and was able to see clearly again. They have a great staff who are willing to answer all my questions without feeling rushed. And they delivered on everything they promised. I will be going back again for sure.

This place is absolutely horrible. I called Monday and made an appointment for the next Friday. They called me Thursday to confirm and to tell me to call if I couldnt make it. Then I show up on Friday, and they tell me theyre overbooked and cant take me. I asked them why they hadnt called me to tell me that and they just shrugged and said they had called me the day before to confirm and to tell me to show up a little earlier. Thats certainly not what the phone call I received said. They asked if they could reschedule me for Monday and gave me a choice of times. I said sure, then they looked up the times and said never mind, those times arent available. At that point I got frustrated and left. I never had problems with the one on Ogden in Naperville. Horrible service, horrible staff.

This place is ridiculous!!! Let me say that the doctor giving the eye exam was friendly and professional and the visit went well,but thats before it all went downhill.Weve been waiting since March for glasses we ordered and here it is early July and were still without glasses!They initially told me that it would take about four to six weeks.Ive called a few times after the time frame they gave me, to hear that its still not in.Well its been more like fifteen weeks!!! No phone calls to let me know anything about my sons glasses.So,I call a final time,because now Ive decided that if it wasnt finally in that I would go elsewhere.The lady on the phone said that she was starting up her computer and would give me a call back---she never called back! So unprofessional!Big waste of time!

In January 2016, my wife and I went to Rosin Eyecare in Naperville for my yearly eye exam. WeI were greeted by friendly staff who promptly helped us get registered in their system for our appointments. I waited maybe 5 minutes after completing the paperwork before the doctor brought me back in the exam room where he asked basic questions regarding my vision and then proceeded to the exam. He explained the results which indicated I needed glasses. Once the exam was completed the staff helped me look through the dozens of frames to help me pick the pair that looked best. I was impressed with their attention and helpfulness because this would be my first pair of glasses. THANK YOU! I know I can absolutely count on Rosin for our eye care needs.

Ive never had a bad experience here. I go to this office, and my two kids (10 & 8) have started getting their regular eye checkups here also. Dr. Owens is very friendly and professional. The staff up front is mostly young college age girls, and Ive read that folks have had some less than professional experiences from them. I can see that, but havent had it happen to me. They always give me a print out of my glasses and contacts prescriptions, and Ive never been pressured to order any products through them. I always do my ordering from online vendors. My wife goes to a Rosin clinic on Odgen in Napeville, and as a whole we are very pleased with Rosin.

Rosin eye care has a very good customer experience. They take the time to help in making decisions as frames, cost issues, any discounts and all with a smile. I appreciate this sort of care as it shows the staff does care for their clients. So much so, I have had my son also visit Rosin for his eye care needs. Being away in college, they accommodated him for an appointment in a timely basis so that he could get his eyes examined and have his new frames ordered. Very much appreciated! Please keep up the good work.

Weve been seeing Dr Owen for the last 10 years. I really like him and think he is very professional and listens to you and responds in a kind, caring and professional manner. The office staff has changed over the years, but Ive never had anything but good customer service. We have ordered glasses and contacts through Rosin and each and every time they arrive in a timely manner. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this practice to my family and friends.

I chose Rosin Eyecare in Naperville because they took my VSP insurance plan. I was very impressed with the fact they dont push you to buy contacts and glasses through them. They gave me my RX and let me get it filled where ever I would like. Their prices where awesome and I ended up coming back and getting my contacts through them after all. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

These guys are great, the woman who helped me pick out glasses was awesome, and fun. The doc was careful and had my best interest in mind. I am surprised by the negative reviews, was not my experience at all. The only "issue" is, it took a bit longer to get my glasses than expected, and my sunglasses showed up way early, so really no issues there. Overall they were great!

Great customer service . Proffesional and friendly staff. They listen and suggest, never pushing anything on you or secretly adding on to inflate your bill. FANTASTIC with kids! Will take the time to show you their wide selection never pressuring you to hurry.Dr Owen is awesome he really listens. I have been a customer for five years and will be forever!
