I have no problems with getting a convenient appointment(I usually get a postcard in the mail with an appointment they schedule for me, which can be changed, but, this year, I didnt get the postcard but got a reminder call.), getting an efficient eye test and exam, and choosing my new frames while waiting for my eyes to dilate to save time. My only problem is the way they charge me in advance for what they estimate the insurance will pay, and not submitting the complete charges for the insurance company to pay their portion or reject part of the charges. Even though I save hundreds of dollars with my insurance, it seems I still pay hundreds of dollars for eyeglasses and contact lenses. I wish they would submit the total charges like a medical doctor would do.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT ROSIN EYECARE!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Prices were way too high and customer service was very poor. I had a problem with the adjustments on my frames and tried to get them fixed, but they refused to fix them, saying there was no way to fix them. Instead, I went to LensCrafters and got my frames fixed, with no problems AT ALL. DO NOT GO HERE, WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!!!!!

Complete rip off for the frames and lenses . They have outrageously overpriced even the cheapest frames and lenses. Regardless of your insurance they try to make you pay way too much out of your pocket. They try to sell you some bogus coating and charge you extra. Also tries to slip in a eye exam that is not covered by insurance with your paperwork. The lady in the frame shop was rude and meanie.

My husband and I always have great experiences at Rosin Eyecare. The staff and optometrist are great. We never have to wait long for our appointments, have good experiences with our eye doctor appointments and very friendly service while picking out eyeglasses. The eyeglasses I have gotten have always been perfect. We would highly recommend Rosin Eyecare.

My wife got her glasses here two years ago and mistakenly damaged the glasses a couple of months after that. She took it back for repair assessment and because she wasnt offered insurance on her initial visit, they made a second pair for her absolutely free. Needless to say, I was astounded. I was very happy with our experience with them.

Ive went to other Rosin Eyecare locations before, and am now in this area, so I went here because of previous positive experiences. I wasnt disappointed. The receptionist and the optometrist were both professional and friendly. They even gave me thorough information on Lasik because I said I was interested. I highly recommend!

rosin has been a pleasure to get eye-care from.my recent purchase was replacing prescription reading glasses . I ordered them on a Saturday and had them the following Friday as promised . DR. Vanderbrook is my eye doctor she is through and explains every test and every result .My wife and i recommend her to everyone we know

I used to have quite a few issues with the front desk service (years ago) so I left, but I just came back and the front desk is awesome and knowledgeable now and my original eye doctor is still there so everything has been great! I had a really great experience on my last visit. Very happy to be back.

Have been taking my four children here for several years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The doctors are great with kids of all ages. Two of my kids have special situations with their eyes and the staff/doctors are always accommodating and educated.
