6/17/17 we ordered 4 pairs of glasses, Illinois Eye Care wanted payment upfront for all 4 pairs which totaled over $1,200.00, 75% of the glasses were wrong when they came in. We had to wait for 4 weeks before we received the other 3 pairs of glasses. Then we wanted money off for crappy service. They gave us a 10% refund which was around $110.00 which was apparently started on 7/13/17. 7/17/17, We still have not seen our refund and they just blame it on the banks. Our bank stated the refund was not initiated by the them. Beware, do not do business with this organization.....they are a corrupt and unethical business. They take your money and do not give you what you pay for. They are very high priced and are not honey people.

Dr Aide is the best!!!..Recently had a problem with my eye, went in with no appt. waited only a few minutes and was taken care of. Everyone there is so nice and very helpful in helping me pick out a pair of glasses.
