they are awesome people. it is rue, however, this is the second time that i have gotten gas permeables, and the second time that i had to call to check on them. the first time, i forget the reason that they didnt call. this time, my lenses got lost in the mail. they knew that, they called themselves. so then why is it so hard to shoot an email, give a call and say, hey your lenses got lost in the mail? dont let crummy communications ruin an otherwise good experiance

I was very happy with my experience at Illinois Eye Care Center. The whole staff was helpful and pleasant. They did a good job of explaining everything to me and was helpful with me picking a pair of glasses that looked good and fit in my Vision plan. If I have one complaint its that I have to wait over a week to get my glasses. Thats a little surprising considering all the places that get your glasses in the same day. Ill definitely keep going there.
