This was my second visit to Park Family Eye Care. From an exam standpoint they are great. The first time I purchased my lenses and frames elsewhere because I felt their prices were high. This time a chose to replace my lenses in the existing frames. When I went through the pricing and options selection, I specifically asked the doctor if it the costs quoted covered both frames. When he went over the final pricing he also stated it covered both frames. We specifically discussed that I had two pairs and as a result would leave one pair that day for the new lenses and when I returned to pick them up I would drop off the second pair. When I picked up the first pair today, I was told that the price only included one set of lenses and that I would have to pay another $699 for the second set for a total of over $1000 for lenses with no new frames! Buyer beware if you do more than get your exam done here.

Everyone there has always been great! Having 2 out of 3 kids in glasses, I will be spending many years to come there. It is a wonderful family owned business with doctors that love what they do! They have always been very patient with my children with the entire exam process including picking glasses that look great!

We took our 4 year old to see Dr. Lena and she was great with her. She made her feel comfortable when getting her eye exam. She helped her make it "fun" to get glasses after she helped us with her problems seeing. I would recommend her any day.
