I have been going to Dr.Allan Smith for a while, no complaints, he is a wonderful doctor and I would like to keep going to see him. His staff is really good too, at least most of them. However, I had the worst experience today. I went on my lunch break to pick up my contact lenses and give my frames for prescription lenses. The only person to tend to me was someone called Annette. She could not answer any of my questions, was rude, had such a bad, high handed attitude and the worst and shocking thing was how she made fun of my accent. Needless to say, I got nothing done and walked out of there feeling lousy. Wondering if this is the right place for me.

I would highly recommend Dr. Smith! I was greeted by a friendly staff upon arrival. I was impressed with the upscale, luxurious interior design of the waiting room and exam rooms. I noticed the staff took special care to make sure everything was very clean. They used disinfecting wipes on everything. Dr Smith took his time during my exam and made sure he answered all of my questions. When it came time to pick out frames (there was a large selection from very affordable to designer frames), the staff was helpful in discussing styles and knew exactly what my insurance would cover. A+ for English Rows Eye Care!!!

I went to see Dr. Smiths office for a vision test. I can say that I have never been treated in a Dr. office like they treated me there. The staff was in all ways to be GREAT! Dr. Smith was very nice and really went thru the exam with me. I never felt pushed out so the next person can get it but he really explained my case to me. Awsome job on helping me find a pair of glasses and of course explaining the billing process. And Im very excited about getting my glasses!!!! Thank you Dr. Smith and staff!!!!
