Stay away. I tried this place after my insurance provider changed and while everyone is very nice, doctor included, the good ends there. I ended up with a wrong prescription (strong astigmatism added to an eye with no astigmatism, with full confidence that it would be a normal and correct change) and even though I returned twice to complain there was no resolution other than "It could take at least 4 weeks for your eyes to adjust." 4 weeks is a frankly ridiculous amount of time; 4 days is more accurate, at least when the correct prescription is given. I finally gave up after further visits with no more progress and returned to my old doctor at cost. The frames are also too expensive. I know some people are happy here but Id definitely not go back.

We called Third Street Eyecare in search of a new doctor close to home. I called and provided my insurance information and was told Third Street was "in network" and insurance would be accepted for an annual exam. Our family was billed after the appointment as our insurance was denied. I politely requested a refund of the service that would have otherwise been covered due to their error ($59). That request was denied by "the owner". Whether this was a bait and switch tactic to muster new business or simple incompetence, its unprofessional and unfair.

I brought my 8 year old daughter to Third Steet Eyecare for an exam for school. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the insurance. Dr. Burggraf was very thorough with his exam. What I was very impressed with is that he spoke to my daughter and explained things to my daughter instead of directing his conversation to me and my husband. You dont find many doctors that address the children directly. I HIGHLY recommend Third Street Eyecare.

I met the owner by chance in the grocery store and she recommended I come in to some stylish one of a kind glasses the next time I was in the market for new eye ware. I did and the ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable! I get compliments all the time on the new glasses and how they brighten my face and look. Thank you ladies! Totally have recommended others to go to you for that one of a kind look!

My son had his eye exam from Dr. B today. Really nice Dr. They offered my son a juice box when he walked in and after the exam he played veggie tales for him. He explain everything to me and my son (so cute) about his results. When we left the store my 5 year old said " I really liked my eye exam mom". lol His office is really nice too.

Provided a very thorough eye exam, and provided a detailed explanation of the results, addressing all questions. Third Street Eyecare provides a very efficient and freindly service. I would recommend seeing them for eye care services. Lastly, they do have a great selection of eye glasses to choose from - different and up-to-date styles.

This was a good experience. The exam was thorough and the results were presented well so as to be easily understood. The staff that assisted with the frame selection was more than helpful, narrowing down the vast range of frame choices. Our family will be back.
