The only reason that I give this place even two stars is that the professional that fixed my glasses did a great job. However the service people at this location are RUDE RUDE RUDE. I walked in and no one was in the store. I told them I had insurance on my glasses and that they were scratched. The clerk told me "Well it is a good idea NOT to scratch your glasses." DUH, like I did this on purpose and just had nothing better to do on a Saturday than wait around a LensCrafters. He continued to make catty remarks, the manager (assumed) was an Asian lady and had the same type of attitude and disdain for customers. I was then told they dont have my lenses in stock and there was nothing I could do. Then they came back and said they do but it would take 3 hours. I left and came back to pick them up. When they handed me the glasses a 3rd rude person gave me a cloth case. I told her I didnt need it because I had my original case. She stated well in the future perhaps you should use it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE my ALL THE FRONT OF STORE STAFF!

I had a phenomenal experience at Lenscraters!! The Optometrists, and staff, at this location are Amazing! So Im a new patient to this practice and absolutely loved that the Dr took his time to actually explain the exam step by step. I found it very comforting and by far less confusing. In addition to getting my prescription, I also elected to get the retinal pictures of my eyes--HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I had never had this done before, and the Dr found a small hole on the back of my retina!! I never knew that was there and have seen numberious Optometrists since I was a child. It was mind blowing! But he informed me it was likely due to my high prescription and it was something to monitor for any further changes. So overall, I defiantly had a great experience and left the office knowing these Drs really care about their patients eye health. Thanks Lenscraters of Fox Valley! : )

I usually take my clients here . But I needed glasses so I decided to go , the doctor was amazing , I think her name was Alexander ... She engaged with me and my two year old son ... Which I loved so much .. Most places have horrible customer service but not this place .. Than I got to pick out my glasses and Erica she was running the place .. I loved her so much ... She a caring person and I hope she stays for a long time .. And it was a blonde there to I think Nikki .. I just adore them .. Great place to go .... Nikki helped pick out my glasses and I love them

I got my eye examined by Dr Hetal Shah at this location.She found out my recurring headache can be resolved using a lower prescription for laptop use and slightly higher prescription for driving and regular use.Got my glasses as promised.Everyone whom I spoke to were very friendly.I rarely have headache after new specs change and the higher prescription is really awesome.Highly recommend this location as well as Dr Hetal

I went to this place in excitement of getting new pair of prescreption sunglasses. After selecting the sunglasses they told me to wait for 1 minute, instead I waited for 40 to 50 min no one gave us service even though there was no rush. Overall terrible customer service.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at lennscrafters, dr.Hafeman was great cheking my daughters eyes , miss Kimberly was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and so patient while i chose d right frames . Im defenetly going back to get my safety glasses.

had to wait forever for the eye Dr, but found out it was only her on a Friday night! she was very nice and took her time with me. everyone there was nice, they helped me decide on style and lens type for exactly what I needed.

Excellent doctors, but the service is a travesty. Lies and upsales over our insurance made me get up and leave after an appointment. A real example of a big business loosing touch with their service core.
