Ok, so the last pair of glasses I got was horrible. They made me feel weird until I got use to them. I was never happy with them, so I went out to find a new Optometrist. This guy knows what he is doing. He listened to my complaints about the previous glasses (not from his business might I emphasis) and took great care in the exam. The best part was that he actually talked me through what he was doing and helped me understand that I needed to relax and not try to adjust my eyes to the test. He went the extra mile. I am taking my kids there next. I have been to about 10 different Optometrists if you are looking for a sample size.

So if you ever have been to a medical professional, and they seem more interested in taking their next patient than helping you...well, you are in for a nice change. Dr. Katcher is meticulous, he wont let you leave until he is sure everything is just right. Your vision is his top concern. So if you would like to have an optometrist for life...Dr. Katcher is your best choice.

I had went for glasses here and was treated excellent by Dr and Laurie. I called a little over a week about my glasses delivery and a woman named kim answered she couldnt help me out bevause she was going home early. I was absolutey disgusted by the customer service by her. It only takes one word, phrase, person to ruin it

I have been with Dr K for almost 10 years. He is a very good doctor, explains and answers all your questions and concerns very patiently. The administrative staff is also very cooperative and helpful. Together, we have enjoyed our eye doctor service and would definitely recommend to one and all.
