LOVE this place! I never usually write reviews but I must for this place! First of all, Dr. McGee went to WIU so he was awesome right off the bat! Very friendly and also very funny! The ladies that work there are ALWAYS super nice and very helpful. Even on the busiest days, they make sure to always come back and check on you while you are browsing to ask any questions. They even order frames for you from random websites if you dont like what they currently have in stock. I also was there on a busy Saturday and while browsing the frames, a family came in with an eye infection. Even with patients in and out all day, they fit this eye infection eye exam in (even though the people did not have insurance!). I thought that was very nice and extremely generous of them. Overall, 5 stars... obviously!

After having some bad experiences at a For Eyes, I had to find a new doctor. I saw the great reviews online, and picked Dr. MaGee, and am so glad that I did! Office staff was friendly. Dr. MaGee was hilarious. From the minute I was in his chair he was making jokes. But, that doesnt take away from his competence...at all. He gave me the correct prescription - which was completely different than the one For Eyes gave me. No more blurred vision with my old prescription. Now my sight is perfectly clear. I cant believe I ever went to For Eyes!

Best eye place ive been too. If they do not have a pair, theyll get it. Amazing service. Staff is Super sweet and nice. Just wish the hours were a bit better for me because i work in the city... But thats my problem not anyone else. Seems like they will go out of their way to make sure youre happy.

I have been goin there for years. All my children have seen this doctor and we are all satisfied. The ladies in the office are very helpful and answer your questions and give you the best options for your insurance !

GREAT place to go! The doctor is great, always takes his time and treats you like family. The receptionist, while very busy, always take time to answer any of my questions! Overall, GREAT place to go!!!

Dr. Magee is great with entire family. Eyewear prices reasonable. Staff pleasant helpful and willing to work with you any way they can. Appointments not typically hard to get in a timely manner.
