This is one of the best Veterinary Hospitals I have ever been to. We are new to San Antonio and my 13 year old Shih tzu was very sick. It happened very quickly. On the morning when it got really bad I googled the closest Vet to my home and found Huebner Oaks Veterinary Hospital. They took us in immediately and were extremely compassionate. They took excellent care of of my little dog Pancho and made my husband and I feel at ease the entire time. I absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best and most friendly care and I commend them for being so amazing.

I cant say enough good things about this clinic. Ive had my cats seen by all 3 vets (theres a new third one, Dr. Sanders I believe). Before that, Dr. Zieben and Dr. Leckie have been amazing. Its clear that they are very knowledgeable and truly care about your animals welfare. I trust them so much with all health issues for my cats. The staff is also very friendly. The clinic is well-equipped and very new-looking but all the people really make you feel at home. Ive also used them for boarding on two different occasions and both times my pets were very well taken care of.

Dr Zieben and Dr. Leaky are both excellent veterinarians. My dog, Frankie lived to be 16 years old though she had a myriad of health problems throughout her life. She had chronic diarrhea and after seeing numerous vets through the years before I moved back to San Antonio, no vet had diagnosed the actual problem. Dr. Zieben recommended a gluten free diet and she was like a new dog. I now have three dogs and I never hesitate to take them to Huebner Oaks. Their staff is kind, patient and courteous-- even if your dog is being rambunctious! Great care by great people!

The staff is very nice. I brought my cat in as a walk-in, no appt. Fortunately they were able to work us in between patients with barely any wait time. She had a bad ear infection and when flushing out her ears took a little longer than they expected, they apologized to me for the wait, even though I didnt even have an appt. The doctor also took the time to make sure I understood everything that would happen treatment-wise. I would recommend Vital Pets on Huebner to any pet parent looking for a place to get great care for their furry babies.

I truly cant thank you guys enough. Ive been looking forever for a place to bring my pets and Ive finally found them. They care so much. Theyre not looking to get you in and out. They understand and take them in as their own. I went to three vets for mysterious bumps that would not go away on my Boston and they considered every scenario good and bad and gave it to me straight. After only a couple days of visiting the bumps are gone! Thank you again. Youll be seeing us for now on for sure. Kobi thanks you as well! Lol.

I would like to say that as a pet owner there are many responsibilities you must be ready to take on. Your new member of the family needs to have a great vet and staff to help in their health. Huebner Oaks Veterinary is absolutely GREAT!!! The staff and Dr. Love their jobs. And they absolutely love animals. If you are looking for a veterinarian and medical home for your pet? I LOVE Dr. Lecke and the staff. They are very warm, friendly and caring... My only wish is that the check out process would be more efficient. When youre there with a sick pet that doesnt feel good, all I want to do is just get in and out and get them home as quickly as possible where theyre more comfortable. Going to the vet seems to always be a 2- hour, or more, process...

Dr. Sanders and the staff at VitalPet are absolutely amazing! Weve been searching for a good vet for Banzai for almost 2 years and Im so grateful we found this office. They were very thorough with her exam, they read her files beforehand, so they knew what she needed (and also what she shouldnt have), and I truly felt like they had Banzais wellness in mind.

They took such great care of my cat "bee"!!!!! They got her in very quickly, treated her for an ear infection, took care of her shots and trimmed her paws. The staff is so wonderful and caring!!!! Their prices are also very affordable. We will not go anywhere else from now on. Our pets definitely have new veterinarians. Our thanks to the drs and staff.

Dr. Zieban is outstanding. His knowledge and bed side manner are second to none. I bring my pets to him from Dallas because I trust him implicitly. If you live in San Antonio go see him. Your pets health is his number one concern. No upselling tactics and, no unnecessary tests. Dr. Zieban is a true clinician and medical practitioner.

Took Pumpkin in for a sleep over and spa day of bath and paw-dicure. She loved how friendly and genuinely nice all the big people were in catering to her - after all that is their purpose in life from Pumpkins perspective. Granted, no shots on this visit...but its good to know shell be well treated when it is again that time.
