The front office personnel do not know how to communicate. They always misinform and have sent me bills that dont add up. They discuss something with me and then add something on that wasnt even communicated to me and make me seem as if I am making up a story to not pay something in full which is horrible. They dont trust their clients and to me this shows they dont focus on customer service first. I have paid everything in full so its not like I was a patient who was trying to evade payments. Very disappointed especially since I really liked my crowns. Sad to say I will never come back to this place.

Consistently excellent experience! Ive seen both Dr Tonner and Dr Cardenas at this location. Dr Tonner has been my dentist for years & does great work. Hes been very responsive to dental emergencies & is always sincere and solution-oriented. When I came back after not having dental coverage, there was no judgement or embarrassment over my time without cleanings. When I chipped my front tooth while Dr Tonner was away, Dr Cardenas stepped in and fixed me up. He did an excellent job & you cannot notice it was ever chipped! My sons love the staff as well!

I went to get impacted wisdom pulled ,they couldnt remove it ,finally 30 mind later nova Cain wears off and they decide to cut it out ,little did I know they meant with cuticle cutters which are small wire cutters ,crunched my tooth into pieces and said I was good to go,I screamed so loud when I came out into waiting room everyone was staring at me,a year later I was still pulling pieces of my tooth out,I paid a lot of money just to be tortured

Dr. Salvador Cardenas and the rest of the staff at Fairview dental were exceptional! very nicely greeted, took me in within 5 minutes of being there, and were extremely patient and careful while working on my teeth. Had a Great experience and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Stop by and make an appointment with Dr. Cardenas!

I have been avoiding the dentist for a very long time but I felt very conformable when I walked into Fairview Dental. The staff is very nice. Dr. Bruno is great and my hygienist, Heidi is awesome! She is so kind and patient. She even called me the next day to see how I was doing! :-) I definitely recommend Fairview Dental!

Dr. Tonner is a great dentist that offers great care and attention to the entire situation. Office is very clean, professional and employees are kind and understanding. I found them on an emergency and have been going there ever since. I highly recommend using this office.
