Wish I could give ZERO stars!! Dont ever go here!! I took my 3 kids here and they performed extra services that I did not consent to and were not covered by insurance and say I have to pay for the services bc I signed a financial responsibility form. What a bunch of scammers!! Them- "We verify coverage 2-3 days before an appointment, and your insurance said it was covered." Me- "Ok, well insurance checked the recording and said that you were not told that this extra procedure was covered, so you shouldnt have done it. Its not my fault that you went ahead and did it anyways." Them- "Well, it doesnt really matter whos fault it is, you signed a financial responsibility form, so you have to pay. Have a nice day." click. Thats wonderful customer service right there! They just lost these 3 clients, and hopefully you wont make the mistake of trusting your kids in the hands of these incompetent people. More lies by this wonderful establishment. Yes lets clear things up... 1) I was there for the last service, my wife was there for the first 2. When I was there, you called my childs name, brought her back without me, then when you were finished, told me what you had done, had me sign, gave me a copy and that was it. Never did anyone EVER say, "this is not covered by your insurance but we suggest doing it anyways" I know this didnt happen bc I would have told you no, dont do it. I never do anything extra that isnt covered by insurance. 2) You claim that you verify coverage, yet the insurance company has no record of anyone from your office ever calling to verifying coverage on any of my 3 kids. The insurance denied the claim bc YOU had already done the procedure once that year, and thats all thats allowed. YOU did it, not anybody else. Surely you can pull up your own records to show that you had already done a procedure in that calendar year and then cross check that with the coverage that you claim to verify. 3) You claim you fought to try to get the insurance to cover it. But the insurance company records every phone call and keeps a record of every time someone calls, in regards to a patient. And yet, they have no record of anyone from your office ever calling to try to get anything covered. You claim you filed an appeal, yet they have no record of an appeal ever being submitted by you. Obviously you cant file an appeal if you have never even called them in the first place. 4) You did not record your phone conversations during the time that my kids were going to you, you just recently started recording conversations. Luckily the insurance company does so we know that the things you are claiming are lies. 5) Im sure you hear what you want to hear, but when you tell me you are sending me to collections and I ask if I have to get my lawyer involved, that isnt a threat, that is a question. Funny thing is, I am not the first person to have this issue with you, and unfortunately, probably wont be the last... I have filed a complaint with Cigna and the ADA. If anyone else has had issues with this business, I urge you to file a complaint with your insurance provider. That is the only way they know that this business is scamming people. After a certain number of complaints filed, the insurance company will drop this office and no longer do business with them.

From the minute we walked in I had a feeling we should just walk out and I shouldve listened to that gut feeling. The first thing the receptionist does is look at my daughter (2 years old) and says "aw youre cute! Youre going to hate your mommy after this, every toddler leaves here crying and screaming". That was enough for me to want to leave. We have been to several pediatric dentists since my daughters Enamel Hypoplasia was noticed at 13 months on her newly erupted baby teeth. This is something that has been very hard on myself and my husband and for them to threaten CPS on us just because we decided to get a different opinion and not allow them to tie down and traumatize my daughter is beyond me. Mind you, my daughter was pre disposed to Enamel issues likely due to complications while her enamel was developing in eutero. She eats an entirely healthy diet, no juice, sugars, or grains. SO as a parent I feel offended that they would treat us how they did and have never had a dentist jump to conclusions in the way they had done at this office. This place should be shut DOWN. As a pediatric dentist office the staff as an entirety SHOULD be positive both to the child and the parent but not a single person in this office was kind or caring. We thankfully left before they were able to damage my daughter and have found an amazing dental team that will be treating our 2 year olds teeth. I have filed a report to the American Dental Association (specifically the State of Illinois: Department of Professional Regulations). If needed we will be getting a lawyer but hopefully this is the end of Loose Tooth Dentistry.

Absolutely NOTHING!! this is supposed to be a PEDIATRIC DENTIST OFFICE?? Woww...not even close! I took my daughter to see this dentist, after our family dentist said she would need to have some laughing gas to get her through her treatment. I want to add, my daughter has just had her 8th hip surgery in June. So thats why shes very nervous, when it comes to any kind of treatment. From the moment we walked in, it was a nightmare. The receptionist, who was so unprofessional and very rude, almost as if you were bothering her! I gave her my insurance cards for them to copy, which they had already verified my benefits and she pulled out this huge summary of a bill? She then went on to tell me that before my daughter, could even be seen by the dentist; which please remember my daughter is only 8 and is sitting next to me hearing everything, since this rude receptionist was talking so loud for the whole office to hear, instead of trying to talk on a lower level, not only to make it not so embarrassing, but also how about my PRIVACY? I guess in this office they dont care about or follow the PRIVACY ACT? So to make a very long story short, which I wish I had video taped this whole nightmare! She wanted almost $200.00 dollars up front, because I wasnt an established patient yet, even though I had great dental benefits!? I cant believe since they had already known their policies, that I would not have been told that over the phone when I made the appt? I of course didnt have $200.00 on me and OMG she made sure everyone in that office heard that I didnt have it as well

How come a place can give you a payment plan without even confirming the insurance coverage. I was supposed to take my daughter to three appointments at this place, but them saying that it could take up to six weeks to verify the insurance was kind of wierd. So I called my insurance, and to my surprise they told me that it only takes 7 to 10 days. I called the office and basically told them that they were lying. And that the insurance never got any info of this place trying to verify the coverage. The doc. Office said that if I were to pay more, that was going to stay in my account as credit. Really? What a shame that they try to rip off people this way. Also, HIGHLY RECOMENDING the use of gas on kids even before trying to not use any if the kids are ok. All about money right The Loose Tooth? Appointment cancelled! Thanks for nothing. FOLLOW UP ON REVIEW 08/10/2017 So I got a call from this place yesterday and the excuse that I got for the recepcionist asnwers was that she was on training and did not have the right information for my questions. Sure!!! I would think that if you have someone on training it should not be working by themselves. I can not believe that they were trying to play that way with me. Not even worth it to call back. Be careful with this people....
