Was turned away for emergency treatment when I had a toothache because I had an HMO and though I had dr bernard listed as my dentist through my HMO and they approved the visit, it would be my first visit at the office, so they told me they couldnt see me for the pain until my first appointment was done, which I could not do at that time because they did not have the alotted time open. They let me leave their office without being seen for severe tooth pain after I had called and the receptionist told me to go ahead and come in and they would take care of me. Seemed really nice at first, but no room for working around procedure for emergency purposes.

I have seeing Dr Smaizy my entire life and I, nor anyone in my family, have ever had a bad experience. I actually drive all the way from the city specifically to visit this dentist. I would highly recommend to anyone.
