I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Wright since 1980 and trust him and the clinic completely. He saved the life of our Springer when we had only been here for about a month and called in an emergency although we had not taken either of our two Springers into the clinic. Needless to say we immediately chose him for our local vet. Since those two, he has kept two other dogs healthy for us and has helped them have happy, healthy lives.He always takes an interest in whoever is there to be seen as well as the human family that loves them. When one of our dogs reached that time when euthanasia was the only choice, he allowed us to be there to ease him along. I can not overstate how I appreciate the care that Dr. Wright and all the staff at Lithonia Animal Hospital have taken with our loved pets.

I am not a client of Lithonia Animal Hospital but a HUGE shout out to Dr Edward Ray Wright. I live in VA Highlands and ran across a beaver that I think had been hit by a car. After numerous calls to rescue groups and animal groups, Dr Edward Ray Wright agreed to see the beaver. Unfortunately, it had internal injuries and died before I could get to the Vet. However, you have to really admire a vet who will take the time to see a wild animal on a Sunday afternoon. My hats off to him. He is a true VET with a love for all animals and not just our domesticated ones. Hats off to Dr Wright!!!

Every single employee at L.A.H are class acts and fun to be around. Dr. Wright allowed me to complete my remaining 20 hours of community service up there helping out with anything they needed. During my stay i was able to get an inside look at exactly how things operate. They treat every single animal in that building with love and care, Dr. Wright, Skippy, Leah, Jainee, and the other employees are all credits to their profession. They took good care of my dog for 15 years, and it felt really good to be able to give back. thank you Dr. Wright and staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I onad an emergency situation over a weekend when my vet was out of town. It was my donkey who had been through a stressful labor when we were not home and a neighbor had to take the foal after she had given up. She had a retained placenta and was in much pain. I couldnt find anyone to see her. Finally, I talked to Dr Walker and he agreed to see her. We took her to his house. He treated her in our horse trailer. He was a life saver for us. He was very caring and helpful with advice. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks, Dr Walker!

Dr Wright is the most is the most passionate, caring doctor Ive ever known in the past 15 plus years.. All Services provided are Beyond exceptional. The office personnel are the most polite people I have ever met. Dr Wright actually cares about your pet/s that you bring it into his office. Absolutely no nickel-and-dime games to pet owners..... He Cropped my Dobermans ears and for Fourteen years I received nothing but compliments on his work... This is where you go if you want your pet taken care of properly!

Dr Wright is just phenomenal. I have taken all of my pets there and the staff is just absolutely wonderful. I would definitely consider myself "OVERLY PROTECTIVE" of my pets and Lithonia Animal Hospital is the only place I would EVER board them or take them if they were sick. The staff is kind and allow me to call and check on them as many times as I like :) when they are boarding with them. I would recommend this establishment to any pet lover.

I found a neighborhood goose with a broken leg, and took it to Dr Wright. He wrapped the leg, I kept it caged for 3 weeks, and it healed, and is back on the lake. I was so impressed with his service that I took my two Goldens for their next physical. Its a 2-3x longer drive for me, but I felt it was worth it. I recommend LAH to anyone. (and catching that goose - what an ordeal!)

I learned the hard way at the expense of my wallet not every Vet that says they see extotic pets are knowledgable about your pet. Did a Google search and found their number, never been there physically but called in with a lot of questions concerning my pregant guinea pig and her babies. Was very friendly and knowledgable.
