I hired Dimi nursing as a referral from Jupiter Medical Center after my 91 year old grandfather had fallen and needed extra care during the day. They are an unorganized company that lacks empathy and seemingly the ability to communicate. With the hours of care shortening after some time, they were unable to find a consistent aide that could meet those hours, with their reasoning being that the majority of the aides live south of Lake Worth. Last weekend, 4-1 to 4/2/17, the aide that came to the house fell asleep both days. After expressing my concerns, Jennifer expressed "maybe it would be better if we did find a different company". We have had ONE good aide out of the many, but she is unable to work the full amount of hours that are needed.

Worse agency.its been 5 weeks since i stop working they never give me my check for $160 ,they never have any case besides medicare they send you in the ghetto where the patients is on drugs or their family member is a crackhead.Dont be surprised if police is knocking or kicking the door.I wish i can give a no star also they try to get u sign up for the LLC when you doesnt own any business the receptions is extremely rude.

I used to work for this agency and trust me they are not organized at all. They will tell you that they will call you back for cases and 3 weeks later you call them back to check up on the updates and they will say "oh whos this again? and what time you said youre available to work?" And after a couple of weeks the same exact dilemma. Sadly we would get pay on Mondays and no direct deposit :(

This agency is the worst! Please do not use them! Their health care aids are rude, lazy, incompetent and drug users. We have had several different aids from this agency. All are very lazy and have attitude problems, some smoke pot on the job and the latest one didnt even feed my dad for two days! Absolutely do not use this agency!!

Great Company!! Excellent Caregivers!! Ana took wonderful care of my mother after her surgery. We couldnt have asked for a better caregiver. Even the weekend caregiver that filled in when Ana needed off was excellent. My mom has a Long Term Care policy and they billed them directly so I didnt have to pay out of pocket.

Over the past few years that my mother has needed extra care at home, the aide this company sent was by far the worst and most incompetent Ive ever seen. I cannot recommend Applegate/DiMi to anyone.

Dimi Nursing provided a skilled nurse to take care of my 96 year old mother. Dimi nursings prices were competitive and fair, and the staff was friendly and caring.
