My credential/compliance representative Jennifer McGhee as well as my representative Buddy Boudreau are amazing! Jennifer is such a kind and hardworking person. She went above and beyond and was so patient with my questions as I am new to traveling nursing. I would give them 100 stars out of 5 and I would reccomend this company to any nurse looking for a job where you truly feel cared about. This team has made me feel at ease and I look forward to working with them for hopefully my entire nursing career. GO TEAM NIGHTINGALE! I also have to add that my recruiter as well as representative Buddy Boudreau was a godsend to me. On my first week in Tucson Buddy called to check in on me several times. He was friendly and beyond professional. I ran into some issues with the facility I was contracted with and Buddy and the Nightingale team literally saved my life helping me to get out of an unsafe environment without any penalties from my contract. Nightingale protects their employees and truly does care about their traveling nurses. I have shed tears of joy over the phone with them and many laughs with Buddy as we catch up with each other regarding current placement as well as future endevours. I will NEVER leave Nightingale Nursing for traveling assignments. I recommend them hands down. I think its in the recruiter/representative and BUDDY BOUDREAU has the team on my side. Hands down 1000/100 go with nightingale nursing you will not be sorry.

I have been with Nightingale Nurses since 2012, and what a fantastic experience it has been! My recruiter, Molly, is wonderful and always available for me. Molly makes every transition from assignment to assignment remarkably easy, and stress free. I have never felt "alone" on an assignment, from my recruiter, to the payroll department, to the credentials department, my emails and questions are answered quickly & efficiently. My first assignment, in 2012, when I was still a "baby travel nurse", was 12 hours away from my home. I was traveling by myself, and Leeza asked me to check in when I arrived safely at the hotel, I didnt make my destination until almost midnight, emailed Leeza, and imagine my surprise when she responded , thankful that I made it there safely, at midnight! The pay is always competitive with other agencies, (who doesnt check right?!?!) and insurance from day one is fantastic. Theres a retirement option that you are vested in from day one and they will match your contribution as well. I have received retention bonuses, as well as a bonus for a referral who came to work at Nightingale as well! Going on my 8th assignment with Nightingale, and I wouldnt change a thing!! Great company, Great staff, I highly advise anyone looking to travel, do so with Nightingale!! You wont be disappointed!!

When I first decided to begin travel nursing, I was nervous and had a TON of questions, but the staff with Nightingale Nurses was wonderful, and answered all my questions without hesitation! My recruiter, Molly Anderson, has been so instrumental to the ease of my transition from staff nursing into traveling. She not only answers all my questions (no matter how big or small), but she always fights for me and has my best interest at heart. She is such an amazing person!! I also have had the privilege of working with Jay and Leeza, who both are incredible at what they do in ensuring my licensing is done properly, and that I understand my contract completely before signing. I feel truly blessed to be a part of their company, and team!! If you are not sure which company to go with, or are looking for a company who will always look out for you, Nightingale Nurses is that company, all the way!!

I have worked for Nightingale for the last three years, my recruiter is Molly Anderson. Firstly, I have always been paid on time, secondly, my contracts have always been dealt with exactly as they are set out. As an agency nurse the contracts are always tough. The hospitals will only employ Agency if they are desperate. So the workload is far heavier than a normal job. Molly has always been supportive and very helpful. I think that as an agency nurse, you work for the agency, not the hospital, therefore, it is the agency nurses responsibility to give the hospital a good impression of agency nurses.

Nightingale is my travel agency. I am not new to travel nursing but I was so amazed when Rachel Anderson became my recruiter. She is so educated about this area of nursing and always has my best interest at heart. Rachel is why I made Nightingale my agency for the remainder of my travel career (many years of great peace of mind for me). Rachel has always got me the best contracts and I dont have to remind her what I want out of each new travel experience. Rachel Anderson has my vote for the best recruiter in the business. Because of her, I will never leave Nightingale Nurses!

Recruiter is attentive to your needs, does his best to accommodate your needs and wishes to location and time off as necessary. Hear there are some nice changes coming this year 2017, and will look forward to seeing what happens. Only wish the time allotted for new assignments was greater but not his fault, more with the prospective assignment. If a list could be gotten out asap when considering or accepting the position would be a boon to those of "nervous Nelsons", Overall been a good to great experience.

This is my Travel Nursing agency. I have been satisfied with them. Ive been with Nightingale Nurses since March 2014. My recruiter is Rachel Anderson and she is by far the best recruiter ever. I went with another agency once n came right back to Nightingale. They treat me with respect and compassion and Rachel goes above and beyond to keep me happy and to take care of all my needs and any issues I have. She has my back at all times! I will stay with them til I retire in ten yrs.

Melissa Luneau is the best recruiter any travel nurse could dream of having. She is always a phone call or text message away. She goes above and beyond to get me the contracts in locations I want and for the best rates. She has also been there for me as confidant and supported me when I had needs or issues. This is a great company to work for. I can never thank Melissa enough for all shes done for me. RN of 24 + years!!!!
