I was told that Bright Star was a good company and that they had very good care givers. Oh my stars! What a terrible and awful company!!! They have poor communication between the employees. They all need to get on the same page!! When their caregiver fell asleep while I was in pain....and was attached to her cell phone they made me feel like I was in the wrong!!! My ultimate goal is to get better and go back to teaching. They made everything worse!!! They are being reported to the Area Agency on Aging. I will make sure that anyone that I know who is in need of assistance that I tell them that Bright Star lied to me several times and does not care about the client but their lazy incompetent employees!!!
