This agency is very unprofessional and irresponsible. They have sent 5 different home health aids in less than a year to care for my grandfather with dementia. The last CNA shows up only whenever she pleases and proceeds to say she "forgot". My mother has had to miss work or leave work earlier waiting for the aid to arrive and lately she never does. When she does come, she gets here late and rushes to leave. How she does what she is being paid to do in 10 minutes (or less) is beyond me. They also change the schedule to when is convenient for them and not the patient. My mother recently spoke to Judy who does the scheduling and Judy let her know that it is very difficult to have someone here for a full hour which is the agreement we came to with them since the very beginning. Judy also told my mother (with an attitude) that they can not provide care for my grandfather any longer and will be dismissing him. Any one looking for a home health care agency, please overlook Champion Home Health Care because they will give you nothing but problems.

Unfortunately my family had an unpleasant experience with this service. One of the women was kind and professional but the other women seemed to be either inexperienced or just unwilling to provide good care.

The girls they sent to care for my father were angels. I dont know what I would have done without them. They were compassionate and caring and adjusted to my schedule changes with grace.

This agency goes out of their way to provide competent and compassionate care to this community. The office staff is very friendly and helpful!
