Im afraid to report that the oversight between the office and the aids is severely lacking. I hired an aid for my relative with dementia and she was consistently late and once when my relative didnt wait for her, the aid did not report to the office or myself that her charge was missing from her habitat, she simply sat outside and waited for her. When I called the office on the telephone number I was given that supposedly had 7/24 oversight, it went to voicemail and I didnt receive a return call until the next day. Look elsewhere especially if your person has any memory problem. Obviously they dont have staff enough to monitor their aids, as well as the wherewithall to hire reliable people.

I have dealt with A Moments Notice for a few years with my mother. Amanda, my mothers primary aid, is a true professional. During the recent hurricane she when beyond the call of duty to make sure my mother was OK. On a daily basis she is always providing the kind of service only someone who loves their work can provide. Selena, in the office, communicated with me regularly. Even the owner stopped by one day to check on my mother after the storm. This is a company that becomes part of the family and sincerely cares about their clients. If you are looking for a company to trust with the care of your loved one, I would recommend them highly.

A Moments Notice did a great job taking care of my father during his winter stay at his condominium in Florida. The office staff worked very hard to accommodate his extensive needs and challenging schedule and staff were caring and attentive. Where there were issues, communication was great and resolution was prompt and positive.
