Very disappointing! The first nurse to come see me after my surgery did not have a patient folder Because she left her things in her truck which her ex husband had so she came unprepared ( never got a folder ) Then the physical therapist came & yelled at me that everything the PT told me to do at the hospital Was wrong! This was 12/24 & I was unable to straighten things out until 12/27 My new PT Jonathon is the best of the best....... caring , compassionate & very motivating! He is the reason I stayed with Memorial Home Health ! The only reason ! No one you speak to seems to know anything . Their mychart website is never correct...... the appt schedule is not only wrong , when I called , They gave me phone #s & told me to call & get it straight ! They admit its broken but they still have it up & running making patients crazy ! I think Memorial West is the best hospital & I will not let the home health care system Change how I feel .But I cant recommend them based on my personal experience! If you need PT at home after surgery & can get Jonathon Diaz .... you will be getting the best PT If not I would use another home health care provider . Too much aggravation & poor patient service when you call ! No one seems to know whats going on !!!!!!

Only gave one star because I had to. I dont even know where to start.. I had the WORST experience ever with Memorial Home Health. Would not recommend to anyone. I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism from some of these people. Monica is very caustic and abrasive. They should mandate that she take a customer service course or fire her. She definitely is not an asset to Memorial. Jose Gonzalez (home nurse)does not think twice about lying on a patient. Very disappointed with the level of care (or lack thereof).

I will not advise anyone to use Memorial home health care services.The staff of nurses LPNs and others are always late and take no time with the patients.Some are inapproriate with the conversations they have around patients and family. These people only come because they want a paycheck. You are passed around in the hospital and when you get home it gets no better. If see this post dont use their services
