Really bad smell everywhere, very rud nurses and people working. My father has been there for a lil more than a month and still not having a schedule rehab plan yet. They have to practice dialysis to him but they dont do it at their place, so they have to send him somewhere else to do it, well, they couldnt get the purse for patient to get him on time so he missed his appointment, then it happened again 2 days after, finally they have to send him to the ER because his situation was critical......almost passed......

Everything written by owner is totally B.S. . Only thing positive about this facility is some of the aides who left it, some of the nursing staff and the rehab dept. Regarding food only the grits served are acceptableThe medical staff, with the exception of one PA from Cuba, are Inadequate sometimes incompetent. They prescribe meds without examination guessing at dx..( frequently incorrect) Medical staff ignore the requests of patients/physical therapists recommendations for physician consultations.

Gave it 1 star because thats the least you can give to be able to rate it. Mother had wound vac that the staff couldnt seem to take care of. Dirty silverware, dirty floors, horrendous smell in bathroom and a general feel of visiting a dog pound. Patients wandering halls barefoot, in wheelchairs and shuffling around. Took her out and would never send anyone there.

Horrible place. My mother was dead within 3 months of entering this facility. Begged for them to get hospice involved, they refused. Administration was some of the rudest people I ever encountered in my life. Rude and nasty people. The also sent my mother to the hospital to die without her DNR. gave it one star because I had to give it something.
