Vilma Valladares has been providing services to my elderly father and is doing an excellent job. She comes to his apartment every weekday morning from 9:00am - 12:00pm. She assists with house keeping tasks, laundry, grocery shopping and drives him to needed appointments. My father can be more independent with her help and does not have to rely on me or my brothers for assistance during the week. I have found Home Instead to be dependable, kind and provide reliable care givers. Senior staff always communicates with me if there is a change or problem. We have been working with Home Instead for 2 years now and hope this relationship continues for a long time. Vilma has been lovely and respectful with my Dad and he looks forward to her arrival every morning.

After I broke my shoulder, I did not know how I was going to manage living alone with my 4 small dogs. My children researched caregivers and settled on Home Instead. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would give it. These caregivers are wonderful. They come in and help and its like having family or your best friend taking care of you. They did light housework, helped me to bathe and dress and were caring, competent, so nice. And to me, it made a huge difference that they like my dogs, helped me walk them and even did some cleanup after them. I cannot think of enough superlatives for the ladies who cared for me and I will miss them so much. I would not have made it without them.

Home Instead Huntersville has been a lifeline for me and my husband. He is mostly blind,some hearing loss, and has some dementia. Most of our helpers have been very kind and have made friends with him.Because of his handicaps, something that has been very good is the opportunity to meet and acclimate the new helpers before the come on duty. Mature helpers with previous experience with his type of problems have proven the best. One in particular has become a true friend and is with us most of the week.

They sent not one, but two wonderful caregivers who made my fathers life so much better with not only their high level of caretaking skills, but also their caring natures. Home Instead provides excellent service! We were hesitant picking out home care for our mom and we definitely made the right decision when we chose Home Instead. There hasnt been a turnover in personnel, they are VERY responsive to emails and calls and any requests asked are handled. Communication and care is top notch!
