Friendly, personal and professional. I have been going to Dr. G for over a year now and can not say enough great things about this office. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your visit a positive experience. I have had a significant amount of dental work done in the past several years and the dentists, assistants and office personnel can make or break your day. I have unfortunately had poor experiences with other dentists herding their patients in and out and having to "refresh" their memory on my past work at their office. Not the case here. The entire staff knows you, your history and the reason for your visit. I have gone through the entire implant process (on one of my front teeth) and Dr. G was incredibly compassionate and understanding of the insecurities of losing a front tooth. He made every visit comfortable and effortless, providing me with anything I needed to enhance the experience....and Megan, who works in the front office follows up to make sure the outcome was 100%, as well as working through any questions with the treatment and insurance process. I would encourage anyone to use this office for any dental work, whether it be a routine cleaning, root canal, implant, anything. They are the best!!

I am very happy to be going to Crescent Dental and seeing Dr. G. I have had these pains in my jaw for so many years and have been to 3 different dentists, but they couldnt find anything wrong. So, I tried Crescent Dental at the recommendation of mother who has been going to them for a while. It turns out that I had an entire root of a baby tooth stuck in the roof of my mouth between my adult teeth and the gum had grown over it so it was hidden and it was infected all these years and was giving me pain in my mouth and making me get headaches. I went in for my first cleaning and check up visit, and although it was a very busy day for them, doctor G. took his time and listened to me and thoroughly examined my mouth and found out what the problem was. He had his assistants take several xrays of my teeth until he could point out to the problem area. I feel specially grateful that although he had other people waiting for him and his assistants kept calling him, he made me feel like the most important patient in the office and never rushed. I went back to him and he took the piece out of the roof of my mouth and I have not had any pains or headaches ever since.

Crescent Dental is an outstanding practice. The office is absolutely beautiful. Dr. Ganjavian is an extremely kind man. He listens to all your concerns and questions. He explains treatment step by step to make sure you have a perfect view of your dental care. When I was getting treatment, he always made sure I was feeling comfrontable. I was really pleased everytime I left the office. Dr. Ashrafi is fabulous as well. She is very enlightening and sweet. She always teaches me something new about my dental care when I see her. The staff is very helpful and polite. The dental assistants are so nice! Everytime I have been in the office, they always make sure I am 100% comfortable before, during and after treatment. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling! They make sure you understand your dental plan as well as they do. When scheduling, they always try their best to work out the best date & time for you. It is always a pleasant conversation when I call to speak with them for any reason. I would suggest going to this dental practice to everyone! Thank you Crescent Dental for always being amazing!

Let me start out with the bad news - I have suffered with TMJ for over 14 years. Teeth grinding, jaw clenching, headaches…all of it. I have tried every cockamamie technique and mouth guard to help with the symptoms. I even considered surgery and braces! Nothing gave me lasting relief. Now, let me tell you the good news – last winter I went to Crescent Dental for a routine cleaning with Dr. G. I mentioned that I had TMJ and used a night time appliance to keep me from grinding. I wasn’t expecting anything new to help. To my surprise Dr. G. explained that there has been a new advance in the field (the NTI-tss Dental Device) that has been proven to work. And guess what? It’s not expensive! Actually, it’s pretty darn cheap! Furthermore, Dr. G. will work with you to get it ASAP. It has truly changed my life. There are days when I completely forget that I ever had TMJ. Dr. G. will inform you on the causes of TMJ pain and additional measures to decrease it (jaw exercises, diet, etc.). If you have TMJ call and make an appointment today! Don’t wait! It will change your life!

Before going to Crescent Dental I had gone to the same dentist as my family for my 28 years of life! He was a nice man with well known practice in Kennett Square. Since I work in Wilmington, it became extremely inconvenient to have an appointment at 8:30 am, have to wait for a good 30 minutes in the waiting room, then drive to work. I was nervous to pick a new dentist since I only ever went to one, but I was so plesantly surprised with Crescent Dental! Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes, the facility is immaculate, and everyone is very personable. The dentist took his time explaining even my routine cleaning and offered suggestions for me since I have 2 front teeth that were bonded. I highly reccommend Crescent dental, it is definetly a whole new atmosphere for a dentist office.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I have never had such positive experiences at the dentist as I have had at Crescent Dental. I have had root canals, cleanings, fillings, and other procedures done. Dr. G has been great with my entire family (myself 38, my son 12, & daughter 7) and none of us dread going to the dentist anymore because of the INCREDIBLE care that is taken at Crescent. I particularly like how he explains and shows me via X-ray what he will be doing and what to expect. He is always clear and concise regarding what will be done and how he plans on doing it. The mental preparation Dr. G provides makes a HUGE difference. The entire staff is VERY friendly and are always pleasantly engaging. I recommend Dr G and Crescent Dental to all my friends and family without hesitation.

Dr. G and Dr. A are very caring doctors who take the time to explain what dental routines I need and why I need them. Dr. G uses his own technique when giving anesthesia shots making VERY close to painless. The staff is pretty awesome too. They take care of you from the moment you arrive to when you leave. I even get calls from staff checking up on me after a dental procedure has been completed! This is what I call customer satisfaction! Dental work plans are provided as needed and pricing/payment options are available. They even have bilingual (English/Spanish) staff members. I highly recommend Crescent Dental, Dr. G and Dr. A to anyone who wants quality dental care and excellent customer service.
