Weve only had one visit, but my daughter, then 5, keeps asking when she gets to go back. She got to choose a toy from the treasure chest when she was done, and everyone was very friendly. We did have to wait a long time - 45 minutes on a weekday morning, but its hard to argue with a young child who wants to go back to the dentist. By the way, we were Blue Cross / Blue Shield and had no problems with insurance.

Routine cleaning and hygiene appointments are fine but when it comes to other work , its not a pleasant experience. They do too little work per appointment and charge a lot. I have to go back again and again and I maxed my $1500 insurance allowance in just 3 or 4 appointments for not a lot of work.

Thank heaven for your office! My kids love going there! We have chips insurance and you are the only kids dentist in the area that takes my insurance. My kids keep asking when they can go back! Thanks again!
