I cant say enough about this office. All around the best dental experience Ive had- and Ive been to A LOT of dentists. The front office (shout out to Anna and Victor) is on top of their game. Not only are they friendly and personable, I always know ahead of time what Ill be paying for my visits and they have been clear and consistent with carrying out my treatment plan (never any surprise bills or costs). Im in the middle of getting a lot of work done and never once have they made me feel pressured or uncomfortable while scheduling all of the work. Dr. Lotti herself is the best dentist Ive ever worked with (and her hygienist Krystal is awesome too). Each visit they walk me through everything I will be getting done and explain things as theyre working on my mouth, which I appreciate so much. She is really gentle (always ensures Im not in any discomfort or pain) yet extremely efficient and skilled. Ive had a lot of dental problems my whole life and have left many a dentist appointment in tears feeling overwhelmed or discouraged with the work I need to get done. Not the case with Dr. Lotti and her staff; I have never felt judged or stressed about the long road of dental work ahead of me. She has a calm and confident presence that puts you at ease. For the first time I actually feel optimistic and excited to visit the dentist so that I can finally get my smile where I want it to be. Thank you to Dr. Lotti and her whole team. You guys are the best!

Id recommend to anyone, by far the best dental practice Ive come across. First thing to note, is youll be welcomed by Victor who finds a way to put a smile on your face from the moment you step through the door. Appointments are on schedule, the practice as a whole care about your time and understand we live busy lives. The assistants and hygienist again are very welcoming and explain everything you need to know for your appointment so nothing is ever unexpected. Anna will talk you through your insurance coverage and ensure your fully in the know before any key work is required. Payments can place a lot of stress on people, so to spend the time to be clear on exactly what its all going to surmount to, really allows you to plan and make sure your comfortable before proceeding. Anna speaks through these options whilst attentively ensuring you feel no pressure whatsoever on your decision. Finally Dr.Lotti is one of kind, having witnessed seeing children worried about the whole dental experience to within seconds fully at ease smiling because of the way she interacts with them...its literally like magic. Then next shes having a conversation with an adult patient, asking how youve been, where your at with the latest series on Netflix whilst always remaining professional, attentive and caring. This adaptability sets her apart, Wilmington is very lucky to have a dentist & dental practice of this calibre in the area.

Having been a client since 2004 (13 years), Progressive Dental Arts has provided outstanding cleaning services. The name says it all "Progressive" - because they take an proactive approach to dental hygiene. For example, they administer oral cancer screening free of charge to clients. I believe these kinds of practices has allowed me to keep a clean and healthy mouth for the last 13 years. On a personal note, the staff has literally watch me grow up and they feel more like family vs. the "scary dentist". As a new husband with a growing family, I cant wait for Progress Dental Arts to serve my family.

This place is the most professional dentist office Ive been to in a long time. The front desk receptionist Victor is super relatable & will make you feel comfortable enough to come & get your teeth worked on !! The dentists are nice & informative. They tell you everything that is wrong & give you a step by step on how to resolve your issue. Its clean & super welcoming. I highly recommend.

Progressive Dental Arts is awesome. Sherry makes me feel at ease during all of my appointments especially since I have braces. Victor at the Front Desk is the most pleasant and happy person that has been at the position since Ive been coming to this office (2006). I live closer to the Newark office, but unless Sherry transfers, Ill continue with my 20+ minute ride to Wilmington.

Scamming dentists. Whatever you go for, how much ever your teeths are healthy, they will recommend deep cleaning and make you sign documents saying if you dont get it you will Loose your teeth. Talk about bait and switch
