Not the best experience. I went in as a first time patient for a cleaning. The day before my appointment even happened, I received a phone call trying to reschedule me for a different day the following week. I said no, and they adjusted the time from 11am to 4pm. When I arrived the receptionist was lovely and friendly, so I expected the best. Unfortunately, that was not the case. After getting X-rays of my teeth by the detail hygienist, who was also very nice, I met Dr. Assad. He performed my cleaning and was not reassuring or warm at all. He barley spoke to me and didnt make eye contact. While in the middle of my cleaning, leaving me hanging with detail tools still in my mouth, he went over my Xray with the hygienist speaking in medical terms pointing out a problem with almost every single one of my teeth. Ignoring me all together!! When the cleaning was finished apparently I had blood all over my face and he didnt even wipe it off. He told me that I had a lot of cavities and that I would need two root canals and then he just left me alone, not even showing me the X-rays. When the hygienist came back, she saw my bloody face and said she couldnt have me leave looking like I was in a fight! No one followed up with me telling me specifics off how many cavities or what the next steps would be. When I checked out with the receptionist, she told me to wait in the lobby for more answers. After about 15 minutes, she handed me a referral to Endodontist. I asked her how many cavities do I have and what exactly is going on with my mouth and she said I should have asked Dr. Assad. By this time, I was not only embarrassed but also extremely frustrated by my treatment at a place that calls themselves "advanced". I will be getting a second opinion and NOT returning to Advanced Dentistry. Save yourself time and stress and find another dentist!

Unfortunately my old dentist didnt accept my new insurance when I switched providers, forcing me to find a new one. I tried here. Cleanliness is all this place has going for it. The technology is dated, my new-patient visit took 15 minutes and felt rushed, and the hygenist was not friendly at all. Dr. Assad performed the cleaning but he missed a row of teeth and forgot (?) to floss. Disappointing experience. Would not recommend. Also, dont believe the Demand Force reviews.

Excellent service characterized by a professional and knowledgable practitioner of dentistry. Staff, as well, is courteous and accommodating. My reactions are based on a number of years of experience with Advanced Dentistry and Dr. Assad. Procedures have involved procedures beyond the scope of most general dentist practices. I hold Advanced Dentistry and Dr. Assad in the highest regard and recommend highly to all.

Dr. Reza Assad and the Entire Staff At Advanced Denistry Are The Best Ever- Professional- Friendly- Most Accomodating In Emergency Situations-Have Been Going There Over 10 Years- Can Not Speak Highly Enough Of Dr. Assad and His Office!
