This place is the worst starting from the front desk to the dentist and assistant they will having wating hour they are not even nice people I went there the other day for a normal check up I had a filling that was chip so she redid it and now have more pain and can fill were she drilled out the old tooth I want back and they told me there nothing wrong with it I was better off leaving the way it was before she touch it still in lot of pain and now tasting nasty stuff from the tooth and Also they clean my tooth so hard that it made one of them loose and now felling so much pain on both tooth so now I have to see a oral surgeon cant be seen till Tuesday mite Looes both tooth now and I didnt have no problem before she did this dont take your kid or yourself there they need to shut that place down or get ride of everyone and get some new people there stay away from the Indian dentise they have in there thru dont no what there doing everybody that go there has nothing but bad thing to say about this place

Horrible. I was here last year when I had insurance the dentist I seen did not tell me I had 2 impacted teeth. Started having serve pain went back there had to pay125$ for the same xray I had done last year and the dentist today told me they should have told me this last year. Did not give me any pain meds. And nos I have to see an oral surgeon due to there negligence. I will be filling a formal complaint. Asked to speak to the ceo or boss after aruging with a jennifer who was so getto and unprofessional. She told me her name was denise and that she was in a meeting and had no voice mail. Lying of course. So I have 2 impacted teethe. Face is swollen. Cant hardly open my mouth. But they had no problem taking my 125$... Never again. As someone who has been in health care for over 13 years. This is unacceptable no wonder the dentist I seen back then no longer works there They will take your money without properly treating you...

They made me 3 yr wait for like almost an hr to be seen for a reg check up.... like all they do is check teeth and clean them... I had to keep asking when he is next because he is only 3 and they have us waiting for a long time ... I said we came way before apt time and been waiting way after apt time ... she said he was next and preping his room, ha they called 4 people after they told me that ... I was like wtf? Another lady said they have other dentists and that he may be next with the one he is scheduled with and Im like yea well the other lady told me way over like 10 min ago they were prepping his room? She was like o she told you that? .... I made a scene to the whole place that they made my 3 yr old wait that long and lied ... never again will go here

Looking for a great dentist? Dental dreams has been far the best dentist office I have been to. Not only I had been able to be seen with my 3 younger children (which was so convenient for me) but, I was able to set up an appointment within the same week! My children and I were attended by Dr. Garg who was amazing with my children walk them through every step for comfort and reassurance because they were scared (as most children are of any doctor). It so happened I needed an extraction which of course I was nervous about not only I did not feel a thing but the extraction healed beautifully! I absolutely love the fact this dental office is family friendly the staff were great! I recommend this dental office for anyone in need of a dentist.

Horrible place compared to when they first opened years back. Waited 4 hours after myself and my kids scheduled appointment and was told that they are under staffed. When I call to make an appointment and call the day of to confirm, Im always told no one scheduled me to come in. This has happened numerous times. Staff over the phone are rude and dont really care about the patient. Ive dealt with this due to not finding any great dentists in the area. Today I found one with a 4.9 rating out of 5 with 89 great reviews. I called dental dreams and told them we will not be coming back there and their response was, "fine they never scheduled you anyway ". If I can give you guys a negative 1 star I would.

This place is horrible the receptionist are friendly but the doctor thinks she is right doesnt care what you have to say she doesnt care to ask if you want fluoride or not when i said no she looked at me like i didnt know what i was talking about even asking me if my sons father was a doctor i said no but he does his research and the assitante was very rude also she told me you know there is fluoride in tap water right i said yes and thats why i drink distilled water what ever you do not come here. I wish i could give it 0 stars

Should be no stars!!! This place is the freaking worst! Theyll see you without an appointment but be prepared to wait over an hour and a half just to be called back! They should schedule one particular day of the week for walk-ins or hire more people because the wait time is worse than Red Lobster on Valentines Day! Even when an appointment is scheduled ahead of time you still spend almost 3 hours in this sorry ass place!

I got 7 teeth pulled in June of 2016 I was promised my dentures within 3 months,it is now March of 2017 I still dont have my dentures!Come to find out instead of getting an extension on my authorization they billed for dentures I still dont have ,now I cant even go any where else because they wont send the money back or make my dentures! INSTEAD OF BEING CALLED DENTAL DREAMS THEY SHOULD BE CALLED DENTAL NIGHTMARES!

Had my teeth damaged! 2 tooths chipped by the gums! Left there crying , When I brush my teeth it hurts like hell, the girl seemed to rush over my teeth and dident even show me my X-ray. Absolutely worst place ever. Do not take your kids there or your own self. Never had this expierence in my life. Now Im going to pay out of pocket a higher end dentist to fix my teeth. Wow get it together. Absolutely disappointed.

Pretty much the worst service in the world. You will be waiting over two hours just to see the dentist and then the dentists try and pressure you into procedure you dont need. And when they do the procedures, they are done badly and you end up leaving with more dental problems than you initially came in with. If you value your dental health, dont go here at all costs!

This place is terrible! Terrible service they stare at you, and are beyond ignorant, I waited over 2 hours just to be seen. This place needs to be shut down. Either that or get completely new workers that know what that are doing. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. 1/19/2016
