While visiting family in Wilmington DE recently I had the misfortune of cracking a tooth while out to dinner one night. :( The restaurant in question will remain nameless, as it was a tiny pebble mixed in with the rice, and I know that it wasnt intentionally malicious on there part...but I digress. Thank God I was able to find New Concept Dental and get in to see Dr. Fey that night. He was the only dentist in Wilmington that would see me! Which saved me from having to go to a local emergency room and waste money getting a prescription for pain meds til I got home to see my regular dentist. I was so impressed with this dental practice. Dr Fey had me come in at 10pm on a Wednesday, which I couldnt believe, and then proceeded to stabilize the tooth and make it as comfortable as possible for the duration of my visit. :) All the while keeping me in good spirits with his crazy sense of humor! I just had to leave this review because I am so thankful for the level of service they provided. Even though my normal family dentist handled the final cosmetic dental work, it was Dr Fey who really fixed the situation that night and allowed me to finish my vacation in relative peace. Hey Wilmington!...youve got an absolutely amazing dental practice near you! I cant recommend them, and Dr Fey, enough.

We went through a lot of trouble to find this dentist thinking they were good they were not. I had damaged my tooth on a piece of popcorn they said I could get it repaired but I would have to wait in excruciating pain for days until they could fit me in. They said my only other option was to pull my tooth. Well given the pain I thought I had no options at that moment. The guy spent an hour and a half in my lap yanking my tooth out. After that I was in pain and crying for weeks it has been a nightmare ever since. I finally found a real dentist and he fixed me up. Always go to an oral surgeon for any real work especially to have a tooth pulled or fixed. If a Dentist cant take the time to fix your tooth right away find another dentist. I have an amazing dentist now you can call him in the middle the night and he will come out and help you. These people traumatized me . Much more I could say but I dont want to write any more of a book that I already have

Wonderful experience. The office is fully paperless, the people are cheerful and engaging. My last dentist (a "spa" in Chadds Ford) was always trying to sell me something. New Concept will fix what is wrong (if there is something wrong), or provide efficient and professional family dentistry.

We had an amazing experience at New Concept Dental. Valerie was outstanding. The office was able to get a same day appointment for us. The entire visit was great.
