Awful customer service. Horrible billing practice. Been a patient since the beginning. more than 20 billing adjustments needed. Make sure to check your billing documents if youve been seen here. Got too big to care about each patient. Call came this morning to cancel my appointment which is tomorrow. They waited until now to call to cancel the appointment due to moving. LIKE THEY DID NOT KNOW THEY ARE MOVING UNTIL TODAY!! Left messages to owner to correct my billing but no call came so far. been over six months...

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! If you need any major dental work done, this is not the place to go! Totally unprofessional atmosphere. If you voice your opinion about your dislikes about the work that he is doing in YOUR mouth, he gets defensive! A total con artist!!! I had to go to another dentist to fix what Dr. Dover had messed up! He should not be in practice!
