They are amazing! They offer great specials to their first time customers, and family plans for those who are willing to become their regular patient (covers a couple x-rays and cleaning for a small amount of money). It was very exciting to be one of their first patients and Ive been feeling like I go there to see my old friends this whole time. Dr. Dan Rolotti is very professional and very gentle. My whole life I hated getting fillings done but he changed it once and for ever :) The whole procedure took about 15 minutes and my tooth feels like its brand new. I had a little bit of pain a couple days later which I told one of the receptionists over the phone. A little later Doctor Rolotti called me himself to see how I was feeling, he explained why it was happening and, of course, he was right - the pain went away in another day or two. Stephen, their receptionist, is my absolute favorite. I know that he will always talk to me for a little bit and make my day a little bit better. Every time I have an appointment with them, I hope that I will see Stephen. Talking about appointments: I love their reminders! Having a cleaning appointment scheduled for every 6 months is a little bit risky because theres a chance you forget about it. With Smile Exchange I dont have to worry about adding it to my calendar because I get an email about a week before my appointment and then I get a text three days and two days before. Cant wait to see them in March for my cleaning appointment!

So I started going to Smile Exchange at the beginning of the year, because my front tooth broke. I have the biggest dentist phobia every, which is why my teeth were in such bad shape. After I was exam and I spoke with Dr. Rolotti about the future of my teeth, I was told that all my top teeth needed to be removed and I would need dentures. Imagine how I was feeling and how scared I was about getting all my teeth removed and having to wear dentures. But I trusted what Dr. Rolotti had said to me and in February 2016, I had all my top teeth removed (all seven). I cried alittle and Dr. Rolotti got upset, because he felt bad about my crying (very sweet). So present day and I have been wearing my temporary dentures for the last six months. My new dentures will be ready very soon and I am so excited about my new smile. I want to thank Dr. Rolotti and his staff for being so kind and supportive to me, they are like family now. My fear of going to the dentist has decreased and Smile Exchange has been a blessing to me. Thank you so much!!! -Lynn Williams

Over the weekend I lost a filling and I was able to book an appointment online to get in that wednesday (a limitation on my schedule, not theirs.) I hadnt been to the dentist in about 4-5 years so they did a full work up with xrays. Took care of that filling, and Ive now had two visits to do a series of restoration procedures, with two more on deck. They explain what theyre doing and why, warn you of any discomfort that could happen, and make it very clear whats normal and when you should come back (had some deep cavities that could lead to a root canal). Everyone was extremely pleasant. The facility is clean, full service, and convenient for me (work in Frazer, PA) I personally hate going to the dentist, but I have no issues coming here. After the restoration work is done, Ill be going back for my normal cleanings and inspections. Cant recommend enough.

I needed a new dentist in the area, and was lucky enough to meet Steven who recommended Smile Exchange in Malvern! Heather and Steven were at the desk and gave me the warmest greeting like they were so happy I was there, and Laura was incredible! I hate going to the dentist, and since it had been a while, some work she had to do was less than enjoyable! Despite all of that, she made me feel so comfortable, continuously checking up on my comfort levels throughout my procedure, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening and why. I will absolutely recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist for a number of reasons and feel lucky to have found one that I trust with my wellbeing!

I was suspicious at all of the 5 star reviews at first, but this place is definitely legit. Everyone was nice, welcoming and informative. I was here for my first visit and everything went smoothly. One of the things I liked the best was that they showed you what was wrong, not just told you. They take images for you to see issues, and the lady who did my x-rays was also allowing me to see the x-rays helping to spot teeth that were removed for my braces. It is very refreshing to feel like a part of the process rather than a mindless patient. My cleaning was also superb with a lot of nice advice, definitely A+++ I am coming back.

This was the worst experience. My appointment was for 4:00, but they didnt take me back until 4:40. The chairs are set up in cubicles, which I didnt like. I dont want to hear what is going on with the other patients. All the dentist did was look at my broken tooth and decide she couldnt take care of it. When I was taken out to the desk I was told there would be no charge due to the wait and that I didnt see the dentist very long. Two weeks later a bill showed up in my mailbox.

GREAT STAFF, PAIN FREE CLEANING I was BLOWN AWAY by my visit to Smile Exchange today. The gentle and thorough job Rebecca did with my cleaning was the best I have ever had. To top it off, Steve at the front desk and Dr. Rolotti were attentive, friendly and I could tell by talking with them for 2 minutes that they truly care about their patients and love their job. Dr. Perschon is an excellent dentist at “Smile Exchange” in Malvern PA whose main priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry she can offer. She is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. made my father feel incredibly comfortable, I definitely recommend this clinic. They have the friendliest staffs that greeted you with a smile. The staff is super nice and friendly, when I went for a follow up appointment all the staff I had he first time remembered me and took interest in how I was. Everyone at Smile Exchange of Malvern are fantastic, especially Steven and Heather at the front desk! Just had my initial new patient exam and x-rays last week, and am actually excited to return for my first cleaning! It is affordable for anyone who does not have dental insurance, and very convenient to be able to schedule appointments online.
