I had a rather interesting experience with this practice. I was a patient here for a few years (theyve since changed names, but same Dr.). During a routine check-up, I was told by the Dental Hygienist that I possibly had one or two cavities based on her observations. But then when Dr. Gohel reviewed the x-rays, he stated that there were upwards of 10 cavities that required fillings. I never went back. I then took it upon myself to go to a different local dental practice for a check-up/xrays approximately 6-8 months later. I was really dreading the appointment, but to my surprise, I walked out of there cavity-free. Now we all know cavities dont just randomly fix themselves, which makes me believe that Dr. Gohel is in it for the money and not truly looking out for his patients. In addition, he pushes Invisalign on you like its going out of style. Are my teeth perfectly straight? No, maybe not. But Im 31 years old, already had braces years back, and Invisalign for many insurances is hardly covered, if at all. For some odd reason, my wife still goes to this practice, even though she is well aware of my experience there. I chalk that up to her not liking change, but I am committed to ensuring that she finds a new dentist sooner than later. If you value your teeth and your $$$, my suggestion is to look elsewhere.

We have been seeing Dr. Gohel for several years now consistently. My wife and I have nothing but the best experiences on each visit. Dr. Gohel and his entire staff is top notch! Every visit is comforting, informative, as each procedure is explained very well before it is done. Dr. Gohel is an Ivy League trained expert and is at his best every time. They have the newest equipment in the office and each staff member takes care and gives time to answer any questions. His dental hygienists are also all well trained and have extensive experience in dental care. Lately, we have met their new receptionist Simone who is the best we have seen. She is thorough, has excellent follow-up skills, and reveals genuine care as does the office manager, Andrea who we have also known for many years. So are the people in the billing group who ensure accuracy in their practices. We plan to continue seeing him and recommend others as well to try out the practice.

Horrible experience at Exton Dental Arts. I first went in for an appointment in December of 2016. I had made an appointment for 6 P.M. and with no notice at all Exton Dental Arts called me and told me my appointment was cancelled they day of the appointment. They tried to reschedule me during the busy holiday season and had to break my appointment into two different days. I gave them a second chance and had an appointment scheduled for June 28th, 2017 at 6 P.M. Exton Dental Arts did the same thing, calling the day before my appointment to tell me they were cancelling because the doctor and the hygienist would not be in. This was the only time I could get my teeth cleaned before my wedding, which is why I scheduled it 6 MONTHS in advance. They do not staff properly and should not list appointments at 6 P.M. if they cannot accommodate you with the proper staff at the designated time.

It was never easy for me to choose a reasonable dentist for me and my family. There were promotion by various dentistry near my home and everyone seems attractive having all sorts of gizmo, but my experience was never satisfactory. I had all sort of issues with my teeth – cavities, sporadic gum bleeding and infections etc. and needed a specialist to handle me with care. I get to know about Dr Jiten Gohel from references and met him a year back. He planned end to end to eliminate my problem patiently, educated me and took appropriate actions. Now it’s been a year that I have dental problem out of my books and visit him just for my periodic checks. We are fortunate to have him as our family dentist and he takes good care of my two kids too. I recommended him to my family and friends and seems everyone is very much satisfied with the doctor.

I have been seeing Dr J for over 4 yrs... first in Conshy & now in Exton. I have had some major work done, 8 upper implants, several separate procedures, many visits and just recently...I have gotten my smile back! Thru the whole journey Dr J & his team were there for me. Thank u all! Simona, u kept my appointments straight, provided last minute receipts & faxed excuse notes for work...always with a smile. Andrea for taking time to explain insurance to me, making sure things got paid & those endless receipts. Kellie who held my hand thru the first surgery in WC, u made sure I was comfortable and that I knew what was next. U r a sweetheart. And of course Dr J...I knew I was in good hands from the very first time I sat in ur chair, such a talented dentist! U gave me back my smile...THANK U!!!!

Love this place! Always a great experience from very professional and friendly Dr. Gohel and his staff. Once had to take my father-in-law who was visiting us from out of town to their West Chester location due to severe pain in his teeth. Staff treated him with respect from the moment he walked into the clinic. Dr. Gohel did thorough examination and addressed the problem which was basically created by my father-in-laws previous dentist. He spent time with us and answered every question till we were satisfied without rushing us a bit. I highly recommend Dr. Gohel and his staff at Exton Dental Arts.

I highly recommend this dental office for the excellent professional care and wonderful customer service my husband and I receive there. Dr. Gohel, his assistant Callie, Andrea and the rest of the team take sincere care in addressing their patients individual needs and providing options in their best interest. The atmosphere is pleasant and upbeat, and Simona at the front desk makes a lovely impact on that. She always greets me and sends me off with a smile--and deals with scheduling and any concerns or questions efficiently, and with such kindness and patience.

Dr Gohel and his team is very friendly and proffesional. My kids and I have been going to Dr Gohel for last 2 years.The office hours are very flexible and once Dr Gohel came to his office on his day off to attend my emergency. I had lot of work done. The insurance paper work was handled correctly. Exton Dental Arts got all my procedures pre-approved and it saved me lot of hassle dealing with my insurance company. I highly recommend Exton Dental Arts.
