I gave a 3 star review because Dr Mark is great, and the hygienists are always great, but that front office staff continually rub me the wrong way. This time, I wasnt told that there would be a balance to pay for my daughters chipped tooth to be fixed. One of the office staff told me I should have looked it up with my insurance before I came in. She insinuated that its all my fault. Perhaps I should have, but, I go in there maybe twice per year. They do this job every day,, 5 days a week. It would be a courtesy and make sense for them to forwarn parents that theyll have to pay an obnoxious amount for a procedure so we can be prepared. And scheduling- thats a whole nightmare in itself. Get the tooth fixed today, but to get teeth cleaned, you have to come back 5 days later. Thats just one example. Not much flexibility in general.

Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital

From the minute my little man walks in there, he knows that everything is there for him. He feels at home and quickly gets busy playing the games and exploring the waiting room, obviously designed to keep kids comfortable and busy. When the nurse comes to call him back, he proudly goes back without his mom and they make him comfortable enough to clean and examine his teeth without me in the room. This is a big feat, as he originally had to be held down to have someone look into his mouth! Overall, a great place for kids (and parents)! I recommend them to everyone I know!

Great childrens dentist! The office was bright, cheery and the waiting room had wonderful toys and games for the kids. The front desk staff were very nice and efficient. Our hygienist was absolutely amazing with our 3-year old daughter who is very active and talkative. She was very gentle and fast with the cleaning and fluoride treatment. Dr. Heather was also amazing and patient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and really calmed my anxieties about bringing a 3 year old within reach of sharp objects :)

If you want a horrible dentist experience, this is the place. I was two minutes late due to an accident on route 3 and they would not take me in ( I had a cavity at the time that needed to be filled). This was not a big deal, but it happened again. I was also displeased when the dentistry refused to transfer my medical records and forced my new dentist to start from nothing. Please stay away from this dentistry--its for your own good.

The office is amazingly beautiful and very kid friendly. We loved our hygienist. Dr. Heather was very good, but could have been better. Both my wife and I were in the room and she didnt make eye contact with us or ask if we had concerns. Was very nice to the kids and checked each one very quickly. I wish she had spent a little more time with us. Otherwise, very recommend practice.
