She now is taking care off my 10 week old miniature/toy schnauzer Sasha Lulu, long with her two step brothers. I highly recommend her as she is amazing with animals,the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, plus great prices, much less than those in the area! The entire staff was so warm and took such good care of my toy schnauzers Rocky (6yrs) & Rootbeer (8yrs). They were very attention and most of all sweet with them, and Rootbeer can be difficult so this was appreciated. He had some mouth surgery done and the nurse even held him until we got there after the procedure to calm his crying. The price was the best in the area and the service was amazing! So much so I am bringing my newly purchased puppy Sasha to her. This vet loves what she does and it shows, not only in the care she and her staff show but by also not taking advantage and charging too much...everywhere else I checked in the area wanted double or more than what I paid her. It was a fine experience. It wasnt great. It wasnt awful, but Ive also never been back. Its a convenient location but I just didnt feel it. Less judgement would go a long way. I dont like any health professional animal or otherwise who passes judgement. Not everyone can afford to do everything as a VET would like. We cant all buy the best food or take our pets as often as we would like to the vet. The demeanor of the staff really rubbed me the wrong way. I didnt feel welcomed or like I was in a positive environment.

Great service!! They really care about your pet and the place is clean and sanitary which is so important when youre leaving your pet for the day or overnight. The front desk is always very helpful and sincere with any pet ailments as well as payment plans. I will continue to visit them in the future!

We rescued our cat Fred off of Biscayne Blvd about a year ago. We decided to keep him and took him to see Dr. Baks. She and her staff took very good care of Fred and us :-). We love that the staff are as taken with Fred as we are.

Worst animal clinic ever!!! They treat people horribly, so I can only imagine how they treat your dog or cat when youre not there. I would never entrust these people with my pets and neither should you.
