If you get there early when they open you can get in and out fast . But if you wait until after 10 then youre going to have to deal with all the problems and the rudest people in North Texas. Renee is a sweetheart and she is there to help you . Ive been going here for 3 years because my job does all there physicals here .

My husband and myself visited this urgent care clinic today. We had a great experience until we had to deal with the fat black lady on our way out. She wasnt professional at all like the other staff members.Due to her professionalism well never visit there again.

I dont think Ive ever been to an urgent care clinic that takes longer than this place. Physicals elsewhere are an hour or less process, but you might as well expect to clear your entire schedule for the day if you come here. 3 hours or more here.

Staff can be really rude to your concerns or questions. The wait to see the doctor is longer than the doctor actually checking you. The therapy department is bad bad bad! I truly dont recommend anyone this place! Bad overall!!!

The physical therapy department was so kind and patient and worked with me daily to get me back to normal after a back and ankle injury, they fixed me right up!
