I have a 9 month old little girl. She has an eczema patch on her face so we used some cream recommended by her primary care doc. Around 6:45 she broke out in hives so we called a nurse hot line offered by her pediatrician. They said we should take her to a doc in a box just to be safe. We showed up at this place at 7:15PM because they close at 7:30. The lady there names Lynette Beavers was already locking the doors! When I asked her to look at my kid just let us know if we should worry or not she said "we close at 7:15 sorry". I said "the sign says 7:30 is when you close please just take a look". She said sorry and turned her back to us. Wtf is wrong with this place to turn around a tiny baby. Corporate will most certainly hear from me. This place is a joke. Literally some metal stud wall framed in sheet rock in the back of the store.... JOKE!!!!

Weve been there twice and both times were a complete waste of time. They are so limited and restricted on what they can do or prescribe by their own policies that there really is no reason for them to exist. They can not prescribed most medications, can not give shots. I guess if you have a sinus infection and need an antibiotics youre good to go. But if you need anything else, do yourself a favor and go see your PCP.

I went in on feb 09 and i had amazing service checked in online and love that you can do that and show up a couple of minutes before your visit instead of just waiting .
