I walked in on Thursday morning without an appointment hoping for a no line. No such luck. I had 7 people in front of me and several came after me. Technician came out and explained that there were only two people working at this facility but theyre trying to get through as fast as possible and gave an estimated wait time. Thankfully I had my smartphone with me to kill time and I Love Lucy on the TV. When it was my turn, my technician worked fast but also as professionally and as courteous as possible under stress. My blood test was quick and one quick poke. I was here last year as well and had a different technician. But they all worked fast and nice. I will be coming back here next year as well.

Lol, this place is the worst, I come in at 11:30 and see 8 other people sitting down. After 10 minutes of not seeing anyone behind the counter I call the front desk while another lady poked her head inside the window and shouted "hello"....nothing, about 10 minutes later mrs.plesant(sarcasm)now gets behind the counter and acts as if she hasnt been ignoring the woman who shouted for help...the explanation was someone was a hard stick, she then slammed the window shut and was gone...so if you have about an hour to get a 5 minute procedure done and you dont care about how you are treated, this is the place for you, Ill be back as soon as I decide to read the Bible and learn another language.

Brought my 3 year old in for an allergy test. Immediately when we check in, one of the workers demands that I tell my son that he is about to get a needle stuck in his arm. I explain I will do the best I can to explain to a 3 year old. The whole encounter he is huffing and puffing like he is put out for having to deal with us. He then prints out a label with my sons name on it and ask if it is spelled correctly. I say no, you are missing a letter. He then throws the paperwork I brought in from the Dr. s office at me and shows me how my sons name is spelled. I had enough at that point and told him as much. This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever been to....stay far away!!

Id prefer to give zero stars, but thats not an option. We had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time to be told we needed some other paperwork. What is the point of an appointment if you arent seen anywhere close to that? The place was gross, and Im beyond frustrated I had to expose my newborn to being in that waiting room for his testing to now have to go back a different day. Hopefully they can call me in the car because I dont want to wait inside with him ever again. Im livid.

The wait times are ridiculous! Waited an hour to be seen to, then she calls me to have my blood taken but then tells me go back in the waiting room because the guy who came in 15mins ago needs to be first cos he had an "appointment" which he had just scheduled online while he was sitting next to me and told me so! In future, Pay Attention to this!! Its very unfair to people who wait an hour to be seen to! Absolutely unprofessional!

The man in the office is by far one of the rudest people Ive encountered. At one point he told my daughter to take a seat and she asked a question. I then said, well hes not the friendliest person. He asked another question and said, "You aint seen nothing yet." Oh my, was that a threat? I had to talk to the other person in the room. She was WAY nicer and to be quite honest, I felt SO much better she was there.

Extremely rude workers. Tried to get me to pay $200 upfront for my preventative blood work and stated that the cost was $1300 and my insurance only paid $1100. I was pretty certain that it was 100% covered by BCBS. I called my insurance and they confirmed that they would cover 100%. Clearly trying to rip me off.

Exactly what "Roche H" said. Took forever and people kept coming in and getting taken care of first. Book a dang appointment huh? Maybe they should put up a little sign that strongly encourages booking an appointment. Nice way to phase in the new policy, really nice. (oh and a little bit rude too)

Called office to make sure that they had orders from my dr before driving there. I was placed on hold. I finally hung up after 8 minutes. When I called back, I could only reach a recorded line telling me the hours and location. This is definitely not a customer service oriented business.

wait more than an hour with an appt. Understaffed location. Most staff are new employees with little training. Even the simplest of actions such as scanning a bar code to enter in a form requires some complex authorization procedure. Go to another location.

They were very rushed to not help people. I had to sit for an hour while 2 nurses tried to draw blood from 1 individual. They do not seemed to be trained very well and should not be doing secretary work and drawing blood. Not sanitary.

The man working here was extremely disrespectful and rude. Also, theres no point in making an appointment. They go off of first come, first serve anyway. I waited an hour even though I had an appointment.
