The place has improved a lot in the past 2 years, I have been there a couple of times. The sign in is now through a tablet and a big screen in the waiting area shows your approx. waiting time. They are very busy in the morning, that is when most of the quick tests/drug screening going on. If you can, choose the early afternoon (3-4), I had 3 minutes waiting time and the bloodwork took about 25 minutes (Im extremely difficult to draw blood from, most people are out in 5). I found it easier to walk in than to make an appointment. Also the lady was great, friendly and pleasant to work with.

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and there a lot of people being seen. I had no appointment either. I usually get very nervous and queasy about having blood drawn but Sheri was awesome. She found the vein right away and I hardly felt her take the needle out. She was kind and funny, which helped distract me. Overall, it was a good experience!

Reported extremely high blood pressure to my insurance company. Scared me and I went to a Flight Surgeon for a Medical. BP was the same as the last 25 years. I come back to Quest for a retest and they again report it as extremely high. Now back to the Flight Surgeon for confirmation, and another $90 out of pocket expense.

Dont bother making an appointment. They dont follow schedules -- its just the order your name gets there on the sign-in sheet.
