By far the most unorganized, unprofessional place that I have visited for pre-employment screening. Came in at 5, 30 minutes before indicated closing hours, I was informed that urine analysis stop at 4:30. But they will begin the next morning at 8:30 until 12:30 then pick up from 1:30 to 4:30. No big deal at all! So I come in the next morning at 9, the man at the front was dishing out disrespect from the moment I approached him with a smile and a kind greeting. I was told that they were totally packed and I would probably be waiting for up to an hour. Okay... No big deal. I know that I can be grumpy when its been a long day, and I know that places just happen to get overly busy. No sweat, I leave and decide to come back later. I take an early lunch from work, make it in at 11:55. Thats 35 minutes before indicated urine analysis stop time. Same man was at the front, kindly greeted him and received an idiotically blank stare. He passes me a sheet that says urine analysis have stopped. I told him, just yesterday I was told they dont stop until 12:30. He replied "they stop at 12". I told him, "I know that Im cutting it kind of close, but its not 12 yet, and I hate to trouble someone trying to get to lunch but I have taken off work to do this and I really need to make it happen. He again replied with, "urine analysis stop at 12." I would strongly recommend that no one use this location for screening until management has spoken to on-site staff about professionalism in the workplace and gotten rid of that dreadfully bad employee at the front desk. There are way too many talented people seeking employment to have some shmuck at the front desk pushing away business.

No point in specifying the type of test you need done when scheduling your appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for a week prior to the appointment. I completed every part of the reservation, including selecting the type of test I needed done. Apparently they dont check the appointments or have a system smart enough to search through the test requests, have inventory on their supplies, and put two and two together that yes we have that test or no we currently dont, then let the patient know ahead of time that they need to reschedule. ZERO communication which ended up being a huge waste of time. Not to mention I had already taken off work too. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and scheduling appointments are POINTLESS.

This placed irked me from the moment I walked in on a Friday morning. The receptionist wasnt friendly or courteous to any patients there. I was only the second person there and felt my wait was so drawn out. I had to return a half-hour later with my sample and, again, the receptionist was rude (and the waiting room was packed at this point). The following Monday, my doctors office tells me they were unable to draw results from the sample Id provided to Labcorp because it had been frozen...how could they mess that up!!! I will not return to this place for any services unless I absolutely have no other option. I cant afford the ridiculous wait times and I dont feel I can trust them with my testing.

Avoid LABCORP all together if you can, employees are rude. Arrived at 4:30pm. No on at the window, when she came back said she cant do drug screens cause the systems is shut doooown at 4:30. shiet why dont they just close at 4:30 instead of 5pm? how hard is it to turn the damn thing back on. I left and recollected and returned and asked her nicely if theres anyway they can do a drug screen because I needed it done that day. "Systems shuuuut doooooown" and looked at me like an idiot. No effort there. people like that shouldnt have a job.

They are great. We have to go there regularly and they are friendly and efficient. I see reviews that complain about getting drug testing done but the we site clearly gives their hours, including hours for drug screening which end earlier than they close. Monday-Friday 8:30A-5:30P Lunch 12:30P-1:30P Drug Screens 8:30-12:00 1:30-4:30

I was in and out in 20 minutes. There was only one person in front of me and a few people came in behind me, but they were called quickly too. When I arrived, the lady gave me a smile and welcomed me in. Ive done a drug test several times with several places and they were as courteous as the others. No problems.

Man at the front desk is quite apathetic, they missed some of my lab work so I had to come back once more, I explain what happened and he instead of apologizing for their mistake tries to blame the doctors office. Be prepared to wait a long time just one receptionist and one lab tech.

Sent from employer to do a drug test. Signed in at 2:53 its now 3:30 and Im still waiting. From what Ive heard from people that are sent to take drug tests here, the long wait time is the norm. Next time Ill drive to the Grand Prairie location.

Terrible experience. Staff are rude and you will wait a long time- they messed up my orders and didnt run a test so lucky me had to take more time off work and endure the rudeness and the wait again.

I arrived without an appointment for a pre-employment drug screen at 10:30 AM. I left by 10:45 AM. There were two people in front of me when I got there. Pretty straightforward and seamless.

The site states that they take lunch at 12:30 but stopped taking patients at 11:45. If they need additional time to deal with patients so they could have lunch, they should adjust the hours.

Horrible service. Lobby is packed full. So inefficient. This place reminds me of DPS!! Be prepared to wait a very long time to piss in a cup for 10 seconds!!
