KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I just wrote a rather long review and have decided to make it really brief - here is the sequence of events that transpired between me and this company. 1) scheduled appointment via phone - confirmed they can provide a quantitative analysis instead of a conventional pass/fail test (for a metabolite i was testing for) 2) went in to take the test - confirmed again with Cindi on site, explaining the difference - in this conversation she seemed to understand very well what a QA was and confirmed again that they will give me this, charging me $69 ($9 more than the price on the phone). 3) Cindi emailed me my results, and it was just a pass/fail - I passed, but was given no QA at all 4) I called Cindi, and at this time she knew very well they hadnt given me what I paid for - she then proceeded to tell me that my QA level was something proposterus, like 499 - I knew their was no way 5) I told Cindi that cant be my level, and then she told me shed call them back 6) Next Cindi told me that they CANT EVEN PROVIDE A QA. CINDI MISTAKENLY TOLD ME THEY COULD WHEN I PAID FOR MY TEST, AND THEN ACTUALLY LIED TO ME WHEN SHE MADE UP A CONCENTRATION LEVEL TO TRY AND SATISFY ME. Since then, I have visited the location a few times and provided lengthy email explanations per their request, in attempt to obtain a refund. There were times that I was told the owner would be contacting me directly and that simply never happened. At one point after waiting about a week, I went in to check on the status, and a disgruntled Cindi stated that they wouldnt give me a refund, and then even threatened to call the police when I simply asked for a reasonable explanation (mind you Im a super docile, chill, even-tempered guy - my friends laugh out loud in disbelief when I tell them this). So far the only explanation involves Cindi having a brand new perspective on what a QA is - before she knew that they couldnt even do a QA, she acknowledged there was a mistake, but now she seems to have taken on a new, misunderstanding I should say, of what a QA is - one that favors ALTN. I really hate typing reviews. This is my first and I did this for YOU, hoping that I can save you some of the trouble that Ive had to go through. I waited very patiently, working with ALTN to try and resolve this matter and it has eaten up a lot of my time. I wanted to like this place and even would have considered going back for other services had they done whats right. THEY HAVE THREATENED ME, LIED TO ME, AND STOLEN FROM ME. PLEASE TAKE MY WORD FOR IT - GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

FIRST OFF ID LIKE TO SAY THIS PLACE REALLY CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS, I WAS TREATED LIKE FAMILY...BIANCA WALSH IS A GREAT PERSON, SHE REALLY WENT OUT OF HER WAY FOR ME, BY CALLING ME DIRECTLY FROM HER CELL TO MAKE SURE MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND ANXIETIES RELIEVED, EVEN AFTER HOURS SHE WOULD TAKE MY CALLS AND WAS VERY NICE AND COMPASSIONATE TOWARDS MY DAUGHTER AND I, (dna test) BIANCA ID LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT IM SO GLAD WE MET, WHAT YOU DID FOR ADRIANA WAS SO GREAT, SHE LOVED YOUR GIFT, ITS HARD TO FIND A PLACE LIKE THIS WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOURSELF AND OMAR SHARIF,ED DEVOL AND CYNITHIA PAYNC, WHAT A TEAM!!!!OMAR OFFERED TO STAY LATE OR EARLY TO HELP ME REALIZE OUR TEST HE UNDERSTANDS MANY OF US WORK LATE AND CANT MAKE IT DURING HOURS, HE WAS REALLY WELCOMING TO MY SITUATION AND IM GRATFULL,ED WAS ALSO REALLY COMPASSIONATE TO MY CASE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE WE MATTERED TO THEM, AND CYNITHIA IS ONE OF THOSE LADIES THAT REALLY KNOWS HOW TO EASE ANY WORRIES IT WAS HER WARM WAY OF HANDLING WITH CARE OUR MATERIAL THAT I FELT IN SAFE HANDS..THIS LOCATION AND TEAM DESERVES 10 STARS NOT 5!!!!!!!!

My experience was great! I would recommend it. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Plus no pain in getting my blood drawn! I got my results really fast, only 2 days later. Overall - a great experience. I am planning to go back in for a full Female Panel test.

The Medical Laboratory of the Future is here today! They answer all your questions, experienced, and low cost. They do not file medical insurance for you, but you can file if needed. My husband does not like needles or getting blood draw so we came here for a good experience.
