This place is the worst place you can ever go to. Yesterday I was referred by this terrible Pediatricians clinic to this ugly place. There was a woman there who withdrew the blood from my 9 days old baby. I swear he was suffering than anytime in his 9 days old. You may say oh yeah, thats obvious. No, because my babys blood was withdrawn many times from his heels. It was done three times daily sometimes. This woman was punishing him and I thought she was doing her work but as us (the parents) werent happy at all with what was going on. That nurse who withdrew the blood was so aggressive that my babys leg had some blood on it. Dont ask me how. It was supposed to be taken from the heel but I dont know how the blood went up. End of story and the worth of it is the following, I was called by the pediatrician office to go re-do the test. Of course, as parents (us) were suspicious about that blood sample. We kept asking the office what was wrong with our baby, they started stuttering. They asked me to go re-do it now because they think the electrolytes are high but they were suspicious that the sample itself was not right. Of course when I heard that, my doubts started to increase. I went to that LabCorp and found that nurse (woman) there hiding (I am sure the clinic called that lab before I go there.) the whole lab included that ugly nurse acted like they dont know anything and that ugly woman there was denying everything. What was funny is she was asking about the clinic s phone. (That clinic is exactly next to that labcorp and they always refer you to this place to do your blood tests there.) They finally called that clinic and finally we were sent to the ER to check if these results were correct. All my doubts came true and the hospital informed me that my baby tests were absolutely good (Alhamdulillah). I dont advise anyone to go to that lab nor I advise anyone to go that clinic (Dr. Epifania M. Caturay, MD) either. My baby was punished severely yesterday because they wanted to take the blood sample from his veins as the doctor in Dr. Epifania M. Caturay, MD clinic asked. They even tried to take it from his head but they couldnt but finally the ER decided to take it from his heel. I loved that hospital. They did great work.

So my name comes up on the list and istead of the employee trying to pronounce it or even saying my last name the cow just skips over me. When asked what Im there for she lies and say she said my name like I just walked in the place. Other employees were just as rude. Will never return back to this location. They all need to be replaced. So unprofessional.

Needed a test done for surgery clearance walked in signed in, gave my insurance card, they took me right back drew my blood and answered my questions. Total time in and out 12.5 minutes. Love me this Labcorp!
