I never give a 1 star review unless it is warranted. I took my dog to Triangle Animal Clinic and would not recommend them to anyone. Its not just because the price was too high. After all, anyone who loves their pet knows at times you have to spend more than anticipated. But when a high price is accompanied by low [or NO] quality service is where I draw the line between how a review is determined. After bringing my dog to Triangle Animal Clinic I was told I would receive a follow-up call to check-and-advise on the condition of my dog. I waited two days, no phone call. I (the consumer) had to reach out and call them back. Again I was told I would receive a call back from the Veterinarian. No call back. Once again, I waited a couple more days and it was I who had to call them back. You guessed it, no call back. I then brought my dog to a different Veterinarian in the area and not only paid less, but guess what? They actually cared enough to treat my dogs symptoms, and they took the time to follow-up in a professional manner. As a consumer I never expect to get more than I paid for. But I do expect to get "what" I paid for. This simply wasnt the case at Triangle Animal Clinic. In summary: High cost, with no care. Go elsewhere.

Helpful But just like all the other money grubbing vet clinics this one wont even sell you an over the counter medication for your animal if in need. They will lie and tell you legally they cant sell you anything without a patient doctor relationship. This is what kills me they really could sell you the same stuff they sell at petsmart that wasnt availiable for me at the time but there surely isnt a law governing non-prescription drugs. If these so-called vets were really about helping your animal they would sell me a O.T.C. drug. No matter if your confident you can diagnose your pet yourself they will always require you to get an appointment which is about 60 buck just to see your animal. Then they charge you for every step they take, it is just a scam to take your money dont buy into it. My animal has tapeworms and all I needed was a good O.T.C. drug to clear it up and wanted a specific brand the store was out of. Come to find its all online for order. Sadly my animal will suffer until I get the order in the mail because I cant afford hundreds of dollars to clear UP TAPEWORMS!!!! HELP ME PUT SCAM ARTISTS OUT OF BUSINESS BUY EVERYTHING ONLINE!!!!

After using Triangle Animal Clinic for several years my partner Ernie Afflitto and I were sorely disappointed the way we were treated on our last and final visit there. Apparently they had an emergency earlier in the day but did not notify anyone with late afternoon appointments to give us the chance to change our appointment or to let us know of the extended wait. Upon entering the reception area the receptionist on the right side of the desk said, "Welcome to the zoo!," We were told it would be about 45 minutes before being seen. Finally 1 hour later when the first person was called back I checked with her again about rescheduling. She was rude and very much put out. My experience from working in doctors offices I know its much easier to contact folks to let them know ahead of time what was happening. We will not be returning and have found a new vet that is great, kind and does not over do with tests until she feels they are necessary.

Excellent vet clinic! Dr Hadash really went out of his way with my last case. I am a volunteer animal rescuer and back in October I happened to find a 1/2 feral orange kitten. I needed to get him checked out, vaccinated and neutered and had an appointment with another vet clinic but at the last minute they gave my appointment away and I already had this crazy cat in the carrier. I was not about to try and catch him again on another day so I frantically called around trying to find someone to see us right away. I found Triangle and Dr. Hadash said hed see us right away. I drove over and he was amazing! Somehow, he was able to get everything done that needed to be done and even neutered him that same day so I wouldnt have to try and trap him again. I will definitely use Dr. Hadash with any other rescues in the future.

My fiancé tried to get my cat declawed at this clinic seen as I cant handle the situation because I am stationed at fort hood. They failed to tell her after already scheduling the surgery that you have to make an appointment with the vet and all of the other information like not to let them eat or drink water the day before the scheduled surgery date. if we cannot trust you to tell me the proper procedures for surgery and getting turned away after taking off of work to come in and bring my animals to you because your workers cannot do their job right, dont expect me to trust you with a surgery or any other procedure. Do not go to this "5 star" clinic. Maybe its just me being in the military and having higher standards of people but I will never be going back here thats for sure.

Dr. Hadash has been our vet for over 25 years. He has always taken care of our furry children like they were his own. His staff is kind and caring as well. We have had to have several of our beloved pets put to sleep and were so distraught at this. The clinic sent us a sympathy card long before they even sent us a bill. They didnt even ask anything about payment on those sad days. When you are losing a best friend they are so compassionate. We again have elderly pets and Dr.Hadash has quickly diagnosed hyperthroidism in two of our kitties. One is 16 and one is 12 and we can now thank "Dr. Mickey" for many more years with them and for having such a quick eye for his diagnosis. Best Vet ever!!!!!

Highly recommend, friendly and accommodating staff. Ive been bringing my cat here for 3 years now. I have a stray that lives in my backyard, shes feral. She came home one day with big gash in her tail, I called and explained the situation and the fact I would need to capture her to bring her in. This is not an easy thing to time, its luck. They told me not to worry, just catch her and bring her in anytime. I did and they fixed her up, gave her all her shots and we were on our way. Shes healed up and hanging in the yard again! Thanks to all the folks there that made it happen!

Great! I was out of town when our dog got bit in the face by something (possibly a snake?). From out of town, I called our regular vet who absolutely would not squeeze my dog into the schedule - EVEN with a SNAKE bite. So, I started calling friends, one of which recommended trying Triangle. I called them and told them the situation. They fit my dog right in - told me to have my friend bring her right over. They took great care of my dog and she was back to normal in no time.. Very nice people. It is obvious that they love and care for dogs...
