Receptionist busy with her lunch sausages and grapes spread all over the keyboard and papers indifferently announced unless my cats up to date on shots we dont belong there. This was the kind of person you just dont want to talk to after one line, but I asked to see a doctor anyway just to understand if this is really extortion or they have a better reason. An old man with a charisma of Hitler showed up at the door. I said "your receptionist tells me something I dont understand"... "Thats right" - he said - "I wont do it". "But why" - was my question. "Cause I wont"! he snapped... One star only because I cant mark minus 5! You be the judge if you want your pet in his hands...

Love everyone there!! Not having to have an appointment is helpful and the care my pets get (as well as several stray cats and dogs I have taken in) is great. I have referred several others to them as well. I live in Katy but will continue to go to Echo Lane. Thanks Dr. Haglund, Maria, Melissa and Kim!!! You guys are the best.

These guys are fantastic! You dont need an appointment, its never a long wait and the treat you and your pet with respect. They dont oversell products and unnecessary tests. With a virtual zoo at my house, having a caring, affordable vet is a lifesaver. Go see these people. You wont regret it.

This vet has taken care of all my pets for at least 2 1/2 decades. They are amazing, very reasonably priced and not overly aggressive. One of the most touching thing is is that when Ive had to put a pad down they never charge and they always donate to Texas A&M in the animals honor.

One visit - so far so good. Vet is and Aggie (best vet school in the country?) and took time to answer my questions. Staff is friendly and caring. Literally across the street from a school, so traffic is better after school starts but before it lets out. Walk in only.

Every time I go, no matter how busy the clinic is, the vets and vet techs are so helpful and friendly. They are always able to see my pups on short notice and there is rarely a long wait even for walk ins. I love these guys, they are wonderful with my fur babies.

Dr. Haglund is wonderful!! I drive out of my way to use this clinic. The staff are friendly and personal and very helpful. E.g., if I need to pick up a medication, I call and they have it ready to go for me.
