I wish I could upload pictures of Squeaker to this review but I am unable to do so. Let me just say that I received word that my cat is being returned to me and they will not perform surgery even after they said a tech would pay for surgery and take ownership. I regret now that I even brought up that I felt slighted and that I would post a review on Yelp. To keep him from further pain my ex is driving to the clinic today to pick up the cat and have him euthanized somewhere else if we cant find another vet that will help him. Below is my Facebook post describing the situation to my friends, once I settle down and gather myself I will look into writing an organised and more thoughtful critique of this business which seems to care more about Yelp reviews and their 5 star rating then its patients. Four Seasons is refusing to treat my cat now because I stated I would give them a negative review on Yelp. I was informed this morning that a tech would like to pay for Squeakers surgery but the only caveat would be that the tech would then own him. I admit that I was thankful that he would be able to live but I wanted to verify that the tech was getting charged the same amount or close to what I was being charged which was $1,400 in total for just the surgery. When the vet refused I said to go ahead with it but I felt it my duty to post a review on Yelp concerning my experience. When she heard this she reneged on the option and now wants someone to come pick him up and not charge me for the X-Ray... I assured her that I would not blast her on social media and I would only write my honest experience, I also informed her that she was welcome to respond back and if she felt her side was better then mine then she would have nothing to worry about. Following is my email to the clinic. Please, does anyone have any advice for me or has anyone gone through this before? Date: Tue, 19 Jul 2016 14:21:44 -0500 Subject: Save my cat. Good Afternoon, I was just told by my ex that you would like to have him come and pick up Squeaker and not charge me for the services provided. During my conversation with Lindsey I explained to her that I will relinquish my ownership of squeaker in exchange for him receiving surgery and going to a new home but did not feel it was right that a tech would take ownership of my cat and not be responsible for the same charges that I was subjected to. If the vet can afford to cut a substantial discount for one of its employees and not work out a reasonable repayment plan with me for the total charges then I felt it just to voice my opinion on Yelp with which Lindsey would be more then welcome to respond back with her side of the story. After this she stated that she was in the mindset to return the cat to me without performing surgery and transfer of ownership or euthanizing him which would mean he would be subjected to more pain and agony till we can find a suitable vet that will either perform surgery at a better cost or euthanize him. I have already illustrated that this is a tough time for me, I was laid off from an oil and gas company four months ago and just started a new position with whom I have not received a full paycheck yet. I have asked friends and family, applied for 10 credit cards, attempted to take out a payday loan, asked my employeer for an advance and started a Go Fund Me account on Facebook. I was told that you would not be able to perform surgery unless I can put $1,000 down, I currently have $500 credit on my care card and was willing to make payments for the rest but even after everything I tried I have yet to come up with another $500 for the down payment until Friday. I find it deplorable that you would renege on surgery just because I felt it my right and duty to tell Yelpers about my honest experience with Four Seasons. Please reconsider and look into your hearts to save my best friend, if it requires him to leave his family and go to a new home so be it but you cannot nor should not wash your hands of a living animal because of a low scored review. Respectfully, Austin Reed

I picked this clinic due to the great reviews and its less than a minute from my house. Making the appointment was easy and everyone was nice the first time I went. My adopted dog has heartworms and I told Dr. Graham I was currently doing the slow kill method(what they had been doing for him before I rescued him) and that if he had too many Id do the treatment. So she showed me prices of what Id owe and I told her as soon as I could afford the very expensive treatment Id do it but until then I was going to continue the slow kill, which is meds. Everything was great until I needed his medicine. A lady at the front desk said that shed have to put in a medicine request form, which I understand. I didnt hear anything by a week so I called and they had no record of it. So I asked again to have one of the vets approve it. They called back by a day or two and told me Dr. Amyx said my dog didnt need it because he had already had it. He had never even seen my dog or talked to me so he made a quick decision without much knowledge of my dogs health. To do the slow kill the dog has to go on and off the antibiotic. So I asked to pleas leave Dr. Graham a message. Didnt hear anything so I called a few times after that. She was never available or called back. Finally Almost a month later I go up there. She wasnt working and Dr. Amyx was on a "long phone call". A girl at the front said cone back tomorrow. I did and the lady said oh shes by appointment only. So I left a note with the front desk manager that I had been getting tossed around and that I just needed the meds for my dog. Dr. Graham did call me a few hours after I left and said she was sorry that she didnt get any of my messages. By this time I was irritated but I get sometimes staff looses stuff. She said they would be calling me Monday to pick up his medicine. That was weeks ago and I havent heard a damn thing. So now Ill be taking my $1500+ for his treatment somewhere else. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves and this is the first bad review I have ever written. Im not one to complain but this is no way to treat people or pets. Dont waste your time.

Without Lindsay and Dr. Jim Amxy, the pup that I rescued off the side of the road that had been hit by two cars would be dead. Thanks to them caring about animals as much as I do, the newly named Bentley, will live a happy and healthy life with the new family that I have found him. They have gone above and beyond. Rarely do I come across business owners that actually care about their patients or customers but this group does. I was turned away by another vet with the hit puppy in my arms. I took him to the next vet I could find, not knowing of Four Seasons prior to this event. They welcomed us with open arms and immediately got to work on the poor thing. They are a great bunch and Bentley and my future animals will be taken to them and them only. I highly recommend this hospital for you and your precious little ones!
