I absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone to this practice. I was given a referral to them from my PCP for my daughter to go get a pulimary functions test before she could join the military. It took a month before we got an appointment, which was annoying to begin with, but what can you do. We went to the visit expecting to have the test done, since that was what our referral was for. I had to pay $298 before we could even see the doctor. I have a high deductable, so I already knew it would be high for a specialty visit like this. We filled out the remaining paperwork then they took my daughters vitals and Dr. Nguyen came in to see her. She asked the same questions our PCP asked, then listened to her breath a few breaths. We were expecting they would then do the test, but she told us we would have to come back another time for that. I got a bit upset and asked them if we would have to pay again and they said YES! Dr. Nguyen suddenly disappeared and left me to question the staff about it. They said their internet was down, so they could not look it up, but our referral was for a consult! Total BS! We had already had a consult with our PCP and were supposed to be getting a full test done there instead of the shortened test they do in the PCP office! I am supposed to wait to hear from them tomorrow to find out how much they are going to charge me for the test visit AND to get an appointment for it! Absolutely absurd and disgusting how this office is run.

I just left there about 15 mins ago for my first visit, and so far, Im not happy. When I scheduled the appointment, I said I wanted to get my lungs checked out to ensure no issues, and they said absolutely, we can take care of that....then the problems started. First off, with my insurance, I am not supposed to pay anything at the time of visit. This is clearly printed on the insurance card. They charged me a co-insurance payment, which in theory would be 20% of the bill, but they couldnt tell me the total bill amount. I have to call their billing department, to get that info. Not the end of the world, but not expected either. Next, I see Dr. Nguyen for about 5 minutes. She was very nice, so thats a positive. However, she basically says I have to go to the Georgetown location to get a few tests run. And you guessed it, there will be more costs for the visit. So for a total of 10 minutes, which included having blood pressure taken, listening to me take 10 breathes, my insurance will be charged $300, and I paid 20% of that total. My main issue is that I didnt feel they were up front about the visit or the associated costs. I had the expectation of having tests performed, not just saying hello and having to go to their other office.

Would give them 0 stars if I could, these people are heartless, money hungry uncaring subpar health unprofessionals. The office manager runs patients off with her rude unyielding attitude. My wife had an appointment for a breathing test but cancelled it 2 days prior to the day, but they didnt take it off the books. They sent her a bill for $609.00 for a test they didnt perform, we refused to pay it and now they wont see her. They are the only pulmonary clinic on her insurance in the area so I guess they feel powerful. I used to go to Dr. Fields in this office and I really like her but I will not patronize a provider that treats good people like an entry in a ledger. Its so sad that this is what medical practice has been reduced to. Dont go to these people, they dont care about you.

I LOVE this group! My lungs are doing so much better than they were 2 years ago when I first saw Dr. Fields. I also cannot say enough about the wonderful care my husband received in the ICU from Dr. Fields, Dr. deKeratry and the entire staff. They are caring, compassionate,and at the top of their specialty. They have even developed new procedures that help more with fewer side effects than earlier procedures for serious lung conditions. They are known and recommended from as far away as California. I feel extremely fortunate to be under their care.

I went to an appointment this last week, and my experience was excellent! Dr. Nguyen is generally who I see, but having been sick and not seeming to be getting over it I made an appointment with the nurse practitioner, Bailey. She was so sweet and caring, and helped me understand how best to treat my symptoms. The staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend these providers to anyone. They give a very high level of care.

They took 6 weeks to tell my Wife she might have COPD or maybe asthma. They almost never answer the phone and never return calls. They even say "if you leave more than 1 message it will just delay our response." We have been waiting 5 days for them to update her prescription for an inhaler and no one will reply to any of the request including the one from CVS pharmacy. They are a miserable excuse for health care providers.

My daughter has severe PTSD and social anxiety. I was very proud of her when she spoke to Dr. Dekeratry. She did good for a minute and then she looked at me for my help. I explained what she was saying to him and he informed me that he was not speaking to me and that if she can not speak for herself that we needed to leave. Horribly rude! Horribly

I am a patient of both Dr Fields and Dr. Dekeratry. Dr. Dekeratry unblocked a lobe of my lung, it was quick, no side effects and he explained everything to my son. I have seen Dr. Fields several times. Puts me in some physical exercises to monitor me. I have had a number of tests and some X-rays, leaving no stone unturned . I love her.

Dr. Fields and Dr.DeKeratry performed a very complicated lung procedure on me that was a game changer in my life. I had gone through a long and complicated problem with my lungs. They never gave up on me , kept trying until they figured out how to fix my issue. They are good doctors. I love them both. Larry Hamlin

Excellent group! The staff is very attentive, concerned and on time. They have engaged themselves in my life and diseases, so much so that they know exactly what I need to help treat me. They have pulled me through many tense situations. I love Dr. Fields, I love them all!

They hospitalized me for check up and cost me 2600$ but cant find anything. Takes two months for appointment. Seen them four times and now cough until I cant sleep and my rib cage hurt. I feel its against my conscience to not post this and let other people suffer from them.

Fantastic staff! From Check-in to Check-out it was all good. Dr. Fields is the best EVER !!!! Cant go wrong coming here for Diagnosis to Treatment!! Thank you for everything.
