All of my children were patients with Dr. Stanko. She was great until one day she decided to randomly drop my youngest daughter. They stated that she had too many missed appointments. Those appointments were ones that I had rescheduled! No one brought it to my attention that rescheduling counted as a "No Show"... And not only that but they would never call the right number to confirm even after me calling repeatedly and making office visits to get my contact information updated in their system. So sometimes I didnt even know that there was an appointment!!! I was always assured that it would taken care of.... "Oh, well we can continue to see your other children". No! If you cant see all of them then you dont need my business. I really hope they see this. Furious doesnt even begin to explain how I feel right now...

While Dr. Stanko has always been excellent with the kids, she seems to have become fairly overbooked with patients. I spent two days repeatedly calling staff about my sick child while they repeatedly assured me theyd "work me in tomorrow". I gave up and went to the urgent care clinic next door (which is excellent BTW). Days later, I was greeted with a $20 missed appointment fee for an appointment I never had. I called in and explained the situation to staff, saying if I had to pay the fee we would no longer be patients. After "consulting with Dr Stanko", staff dismissed us as patients without us ever hearing from the doctor. So much for caring for your patients. I cannot recommend Dr Stankos practice for your pediatrician needs.

My daughter got dropped from being covered from medicad. That is fine but to call and leave a message saying that the day before her appointment is ridiculous! The message said I could pay out of pocket. Heads up... People on medicad generally doesnt have money just laying around. If you to drop patients then fine but I should have been informed when making the appointment!

Rude office staff, dont listen to your concerns when theyre frustrated. The lady at the front desk got mad bc she wasnt understanding what I was saying. They also dropped my daughter from their practice bc her almost non existent father made her apts that she didnt show up to. Just crazy.

My son has been her patient since his birth. I am so thankful that she is his Doctor. Her staff is OUTSTANDING!!!! She is proffesional and exceeds standards!! Her bedside maner is awesome... My son has never been afraid of the doctor... Again the staff is great too!!!!!

We absolutely love Dr Stanko and all of her staff. She has seen my son since he was an infant and is always very helpful in answering my questions. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. My son cant wait to go see them and gets very excited when we do.

Dr. STANKO and the ladies in her office are the best! They make me feel so welcomed and my daughter just loves them! It doesnt even feel like were going to a doctors appointment. It just feels like were visiting friends!
