I scheduled an appointment and was notified by voicemail the day before that the fee for cancelling was $25. Based on this, I made an informed decision to not show up to my appointment for personal reasons. When I called the next business day to reschedule - I was informed that the fee was suddenly $50 because I was a new patient. This was never relayed to me prior and this is very bad business practice. Not to mention the person on the phone was rude. Definitely lost me as a potential long term customer.

I have never had a bad experience at this practice. I get seen quickly when Im sick and the doctors, nurses and physicians assistant are all very nice. Now that I know how to use the PORTAL, it is easy to get referrals the same day. My primary, Dr. Clarke, hasnt been wrong once about what ails me. I look forward to many more years with this group of excellent medical professionals.

There is not anywhere better to go for medical care in my opinion. . All four of them are fantastic. They have "just in time scheduling" so you can get an appointment within a day or two. The doctors take their time. They are on top of the latest medical development, but they are also very nice people.

Fiancee is *extremely* high risk with spotting, MS and diabetes. She is having toileting issues and was ten minutes late-turned away by these people. Unconscionable cash grab with a revolving door that is profit and not patient driven. She cried in their office for 45 minutes and then left.
