My fiance saw dr. Epstein for several months the due to blood clots in his legs and was up to 5 15 mg Percocets a day. He started a new sleep medication that we didnt know was a benzodiazepene so we were confused when we got a phone call saying his urinalysis came back bad. We missed the appointment (apparently to tell him he was no longer going to be seeing him) because I was in the emergency room (and have documentation to prove it) and they still refused to give my fiance any information or reschedule the appointment. We heard horror stories about him but everything was fine until this. Now my fiance has to go through horrible withdrawals because this is the only pain management doctor within 20+ miles. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went to this idiot on advise from my primary doctor. Would not treat my condition, spent a total of 3 minutes in his office and charged me 170.00 for nothing. Would def NOT recommend. Not nice to boot. Read reviews elsewhere, he gets 1 star consistently. .

I was surprised to read the two reviews posted here previously. I find Dr. Epstein, and his staff, to be courteous, willing to listen, thorough, and good at follow up. My experience with him and his office has been positive.
