I have never had a problem with the optometrists. They were always friendly and gave me good advice for my eyes for over 10 years. However, their customer service is extremely lacking. They ALWAYS have problems with my insurance even though it is a highly rated BlueCross plan that never changed. I end up having to pay twice what my insurance plan is, and they always tell me I have to take it up with my insurance provider. Very much a headache. Finally, when I decided it was time for a new eye doctor because of a move, they were extremely unhelpful when trying to release my records. All in all, great doctors, but you have to deal with terrible customer service.

Told me they took my insurance but after a few visits they said they didnt and on top of that... they couldnt properly diagnose my problem. They just have me antibiotics which didnt work. I ended up going to my dr in nyc which immediately knew what was going on.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT GLASSES DONE WRONG... I had to get my eyes checked 2 times my glasses fell apart 2 times and their employees lie to your insurance company...

Doctors are fair and honest. Sure theyre not the cheapest around, but the quality is there year after year. Youd be hard pressed to find anyone better in the area.

Very slow service. Dont go there unless you have a lot of time to kill. And leave your jacket in the car because its always 80 degrees inside. Bring a pillow.
